It had been 20 years since I had been there and it looked as though no updates had been done since.
Pros:

Centrally located.

Cons:

It needs a refresh on carpets. Air was not working in my room. I was able to get a different room.

Run-down hotel
Pros:

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. Hotel is run-down. Very very minimal accomodations. The air conditioning does not work. They saying it was going to be fixed, I looked back at reviews several months back stating no air conditioning, so I imagine they have no plans to address it in the near future. They should mention no air conditioning when you're placing a reservation. They'll offer you a fan so you can blow around the hot air.

Comfortable beds, nice front desk staff, good location.

Cons:

The air conditioner was broken. I wish I had been notified of this issue prior to arrival since it was very hot all night and I had difficulty sleeping. I know things break (I work for an HVAC company) but I would have made other arrangements if I had known ahead of time. Otherwise the hotel is very nice & reasonably priced with a great location.

The property itself was very nice looking from the outside and staff were very sweet. Check in and check out both took less than 5 minutes total

80 DEGREE ROOM, SO HOT AC HAS BEEN BROKEN FIR YEARS
Pros:

If you get hot easy, don't stay here, if you like an 80 degree room to stay in then this is the place for you. According to several reviews the AC has been out for years, and they provide fans but only one and its not for all rooms. We had 6 people in our party and none of us got any sleep and had to chill wet towels in the fridge to use. Besides that the hotel was decent for a quick stay, the breakfast was kinda sad, but if you want something packaged and simple then it works. The day guy was pretty nice, we didn't have a problem, but I heard the night guy giving a couple lot's of attitude about the AC being out, etc. I wouldn't stay here again until I know for sure the AC is fixed.

We left one day early because of motel's terrible condition. Told manager of our leaving a day early
Cons:

Rooms and motel are old with no updating. Smell similar to old smoke from very old carpets. Owners must get serious and do a complete remodel makeover. Too bad, great location going to waste.

Employees rude. Refused to give us another room. Had to argue with him for an hour. Blood stains on the floor, clogged sink, television box had been stolen. Told me there were no other rooms available yet after arguing found a room. There were 4 other rooms available.
