Соотношение цена качество ужасное. В отеле нет ни спа, ни бассейна, ни нормального тренажерного зала, ресторан вечером не работает. Номер совершенно не соответствовал стоимости. Ожидали отдых люкс , получили комфорт
при выборе отеля основную роль сыграло расположение.
-в такой стране и имени отеля очень скудный выбор на завтраке.
- номер убирался за все время один раз
- при заселении бар был нами не проверен, при выселении с нас с дочерью пытались удержать стоимость водки:-(
бар также ни разу не пополнялся.

суперский отель! Все очень понравилось. Персонал очень приветливый. Чистота как на военном корабле. Все очень понравилось.
Завтраки отличные. Но есть одно "НО". Ребята, многие люди не едят свинину, как и многие люди из мусульманских стран. Была только свинина или курица. Свинину я не ем, к сожалению. Курица просто надоела в итоге.
Очень хорошая локация, соотношение цены/ качество.

We stayed in Tbilisi for 7 nights, which is quite a long stay, and paid around $1,600 for a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing from the beginning.
First, they tried to give us a terrible room located at the very end of a very long corridor. The room looked nothing like the photos. It only had two queen beds — there was no sofa, no dresser, no coffee table, nothing. Even worse, the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. My 9-year-old son noticed the cigarette smell immediately as soon as we entered.
After we complained, they gave us a normal standard room, but told us it was their “last available room,” which did not feel professional at all.
The service from the front desk staff was extremely poor throughout our stay.
I was honestly very surprised considering the hotel’s ratings. Unfortunately, our experience did not match the reputation at all.
