The location is excellent, smack in the middle of museums and within super easy reach to Old Town, Baths, Botanical Gardens etc. The front desk was very helpful with any of our questions and requests. Our room was clean and comfortable, had a wonderful view of the park and church and quite the luxury feel to it. Would definitely go back.

Встретили без улыбки абсолютно, ранее было приятнее именно в этом отеле.
Очень плохой заезд к паркингу, который находится за отелем, едешь по колдобинам потому что тебе не разрешают парковаться перед отелем.
Также паркуясь на их территории, вы будете вынуждены идти по их служебным убитым старым помещениям в подвале
В очередной раз не был приготовлен номер для 2 персон, был один комплект халатов тапочек и надо было опять звонить просить чтобы принесли
Не работает ночью кухня абсолютно, поэтому если вы приезжаете ночью будте готовы что вам даже картошку фри не принесут.
У отеля точно не 5 звезд по сервису и общим факторам, есть намного лучше варианты в тбилиси где по всему что здесь минус - будет плюс

Location is excellent and the front office staff are very helpful and courteous.
Surprisingly, the staff of the restaurant where breakfast is served are not professional. Also, they have a cap of 1 litre of water in the room, which is too little for a family!
