Хочу сказать что конкретно в этом случае оценка на booking не соответствует действительности, потому как отель -лучший в городе. В Тбилиси уже не первый раз и есть с чем сравнить. Начнем с того что локация -это самый центр города и в то же время не так шумно. Кроме того в отеле установлена очень высокая шумоизоляция , вы не услышите ни соседей ,ни шум с улицы. Для тех кому важно качество сна- шторы блекаут и высокие качественные матрасы ,постельное белье и косметика. Это единственный отель в городе который делает вам комплиментарно очень ранний заезд и поздний выезд,если вы попросите. Безупречная работа персонала - все вам искренне рады и относятся с большим уважением к любым просьбам и идут на всех уступки. Есть небольшой спортзал. Соотношение цены и качества заслуживает высокой оценки. Вернемся сюда снова.

Awesome hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and great staff.

Cons:

They said I had used the minibar even though I hadn’t. However, the staff quickly sorted it out and I didn’t have to pay anything.
