A well priced accommodation reasonably situated in the metropolitan area of Seattle. Clean and quiet.
Pros:

It was clean and well organised on our arrival. The allocated room was ready on time, and was clean and spacious. The included breakfast was a good bonus and very adequate.

Cons:

It was further away from downtown than the description lea us to believe.

For 2 adults & a preteen the size of the room made it quite peaceful.
Pros:

The continental breakfast saved us money everyday on having to pay for breakfast, it was very close downtown, if we needed a quick snack we could either buy it from the hotel store OR take a quick walk to 7/11. Out first night there we had a issue with our toilet where it would leak when we flushed and once we notified the staff they immediately offered us a new room and we got into the new room within 10 minutes.

Cons:

The location surrounding the property was a little dirty but it wasn’t that bad.

The location to our event was perfect!

Cons:

The check in staff weren't exactly welcoming. The late night staff were wonderful!
$45 for parking too high and due to construction in the garage, we had to leave by 9am.
There was a teenage choir group who devoured most of the breakfast and coffee. We had to dine at a restaurant.
The bed is extremely hard.
Not what we are used too staying at a Marriott.
