Comfortable bed and room , very clean

De ligging tov het waterfront was perfect tov de prijs. Heerlijke bedden. Prima ontbijt. Aanrader voor een stads hotel.
Ruime, schone kamer, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Parkeren in de parkeergarage van het hotel is erg duur. Ontbijtruimte was erg vol, het was moeilijk om een zitplek te krijgen.

Very accommodating with storage for luggage; very helpful with purchases from mini market. Comfortable, quiet room. Breakfast was very good!
Really, all was good. I was impressed with professional, friendly staff.
As a solo traveler, I felt safe!…I was able to check-in early (when I arrived) and check out late. Spacious room, Close enough to walk to things, 20 minute walk to Pike Place market,35 minute ride from the airport, 15 minute drive to cruise terminal 91. I enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel set up cruise transportation for me.
Miscommunication with checkout. I was scheduled to checkout and housekeeping came to see if I needed my room cleaned.
Nice location; we could get wherever we needed to go easily. I stay at Springhill Suites because of the layout of the rooms; this is no exception. Worked well for two adult women traveling together. Facility is a little dated and could use some upgrades (eg stains in tub, hard beds), but was fine overall.
In general, the hotel was very busy and just not staffed sufficiently. Long lines at front desk, no tables during breakfast or no one to clean tables, front desk staff were reluctant to call taxis and tried to push it off on colleagues, etc. We never got our “refresh” service after asking twice so front desk said he’d take care of us. He never did so we had to physically return to the front desk and collect towels for ourselves.

It really seemed like private equity had come in to squeeze every penny out of every room. We reserved a room for four people (two adults, two kids) and got to the room to find two bath towels, one roll of toilet paper, one bar of hand soap to wash hands, no bath wash, no tissues, and only one set of sheets for the “trundle” bed. This is, of course, a hotel that does the post Covid thing where they only clean your room every other day, so we had to request all of these things ver several calls as we realized all that was missing. A room reserved for four people should be ready for four people from the jump. Be advised that what was advertised as a trundle bed was in fact a couch with a pull out bed that had a terribly uncomfortable mattress. The pics online made the top look like a bed, but it is in fact just a deep couch. The location was ok but right next to the highway.
