De Seattle hacia Alaska
Pros:

Hotel limpio, camas cómodas, buena comida que la ordenas desde la habitación y la buscas al front desk(servicio relativamente rápido )aunque en el desayuno deben tener un poco de variedad para otros días. Tiene área de laundry y el jamón es gratis e inclusive te dan cambio sin problema, para nosotros fue un excito dado que andábamos con carry on desde Las Vegas, Gran cañón y otras áreas para entonces ir para Alaska, así que esto fue un plus sin tener que salir del hotel. Tay en la recepción fue todo un éxito para orientarnos y hacer pasar nuestra estancia agradable. Si volviera escogería este hotel nuevamente.

Cons:

Que unos días el desayuno estaba bien en variedad y al próximo necesitaba algo más pero nada mal para tener que salir a buscar fuera donde desayunar

Our stay was just good.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and various. The location is great where is not to far from the downtown and we can walk around the city.

Cons:

The WiFi provided by the hotel was absolutely bad. I could not watched any short VDO on Facebook and too slow for uploading my work.

Was the perfect place for what we needed.
Pros:

The room was exactly as described and the breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were able to store our bags many hours before our check-in time so we didn't have to lug bags around the city.

Cons:

For our purposes, the location was fine. We were in town for only 1 night and were boarding a cruise. For people on longer stays, however, some of the sites would be a pretty lengthy walk. Ride shares were very readily available, but if you prefer walking, some of the walks will be long.

Worst stay ever
Pros:

Location had active drug use in the parking lot. Shower floor was dirty and tv did not work. Breakfast food ran out before 7am. Did not have rooms next to each as requested months before arrival.

Cons:

Room, area around hotel and drug users in parking lot throwing up, drinking and shooting up.

Great location with airport and Pier and other amenities especially Church, store and restaurants.
Pros:

The resourcefulness and congenial attitude of the staff to respond to our needs and concerns.

Cons:

Fawcett for wash room facebasin was loose. I tightened the holding screw and reported it to the front desk

OK if shower and door weren't issues.
Pros:

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Shower mechanism may be off as when turned on, only a small stream of water happened and limited showering opportunity. Upon returning from breakfast, our room keys wouldn't open the door which required 3 trips to front desk for new keys that still didn't work. Finally hotel engineer had to open door for us.
