Good location for the purpose of the trip. It was very clean, well stocked options in the lobby, reasonable breakfast options and the staff were very nice!
Lots of traffic noise all the time from the city view. Some outlets in our room didn’t work. Parking seemed high compared to other local hotels.
Well lighted parking and breakfast is complimentary
nothing
The room and the price
The worst thing at best the body wash wasn't filled.
Todo muy bien
Todo me gustó
I lived the room. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The view from the room was beautiful. The breakfast was very good. The dinning room very spacious as well and the staff was welcoming. Excellent service.
This answer applies to the City of Seattle. The parking fees are horrendous. No consideration whatsoever. Money greedy throughout.
Everything was very clean and spacious. Many outlets to use.
No counter or open shelving the bathroom. Area around the bed was a bit tight to maneuver.
Breakfast
Billing unable to produce receipt from Booking.com
Felt like place was u able to account my money.
Booking.com charged twice for parked car.
Location was perfect for our needs. Room was larger than expected and very nicely furnished. Good soundproofing; our room windows faced I5 and we barely heard a low hum. The breakfasts were very good with variety from day to day. The staff was wonderful and friendly. We were very, very pleased with our stay.
The shower did tend to leak water on the floor. Not a big problem, just a bit annoying. The bed was a bit firmer than we would like, but still good. It was a little pricier than we would have liked, but we were there for a big convention, so it's expected.

Close location to night club in Seattle.
Close downtown in Seattle and it was clean and staffs were very friendly.
Nice hotel, excellent staff. Cool location.
I stayed at this property for almost two weeks for a business trip, for my work I spent about half my time working at the jobsite and the other half working out of my hotel room as an office.
I have traveled a lot, and considering the length of my stay, I have to say that during my stay the hotel encountered no major issues and seemed to handle them all very well. In the two weeks I stayed there, the hot water went out one time to my knowledge, the front desk told me it was out when I walked in that evening and that they were working on it, and by the time I checked maybe two hours later it was back on.
I had a car for work but driving in this area compared to home is crazy. There are a lot of one way roads in downtown Seattle, it's hard for me to orientate myself in all the skyscrapers, and the roads are really narrow and people drive a lot faster than I want to go. The location was perfect for walking, I use Google maps and just find nearby attractions but there are bars in Capitol Hill across the two bridges across I-5. Even Pike Place Market is just a mile walk away, same as the Space Needle. And there was a lot of great restaurants and stuff to find in between.
My room was very clean when I checked in and the hotel staff kept it that way throughout my stay. No complaints about the housekeeping staff.
There were 3 elevators, only one of them goes to the parking garage. But just meant changing in the lobby if needed.
Breakfast service was good, they were really good at keeping everything stocked in the mornings and they weren't in a rush to shut everyone out, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. They had a good selection of things, with yogurt and cereal consistently, a hot menu of eggs/quiches/breakfast sandwiches/lots of things that varied, the eggs were usually pretty good for buffet eggs and the roast potatoes were fantastic. They also had a waffle station and a toaster with bagels and things.
The lobby was nice, it's got a few couches and a lot of small tables that are nice to work from.
I saw a conference area in the back, didn't use it.
The gym is small and doesn't have much. Dumbbells go to 50's.
I walked around the area a lot, including late at night. Everywhere I walked nearby I felt safe and everything was clean. There is a Subway right across the street I used for quick food and a 7-11 right around the corner. There is a Walgreen's half a mile up the hill too, I was working close enough I didn't need to drive to the project so it was easier for me to walk for what I needed than get used to driving in Seattle.
Too many restaurants to list, but all like 10 minute walks. Lots of hip bars in Capitol Hill, I went out one night to a place called Saint John's nearby. I was here in February, I would think this would be a really great place to stay when the weather is nice, I'm not bothered by the cold and brought a rain jacket, and there was just so much to do nearby.
