It was our first time staying here, and we enjoyed it
Pros:

Our room was pretty spacious and clean with ample facilities. Breakfast was good, it had more options than the typical hotels that we visit. Parking was easy and free.

Cons:

Nothing particular. The interior looked a bit dated but still well-maintained.

We had a great time.
Pros:

Loved the breakfast, the layout of the room along with hotel layout. It was very quiet for its size! Close enough to downtown with out the cost and crowds

Cons:

Our room was hot even with us trying to adjust the temperature. Beds were too firm.

Pros:

I travel around to different hotels for treated vacation stays,.... so My stay was comfortable and clean, it's a good place to recommend for a family stay or business trip you will get the best treatment, also the staff at the bar was very nice and also house keeping was very good at their services.

Cons:

A rude staff member at front desk, She needs to work on how to treat people of her own color with a bit of respect just as she would treat others of not her color, i would recommend the hotel for family trip stay or business trip, but not so much personal vacation stay, you are most definitely treated differently depending on your stay, I've been to hundreds of hotels to test out the staffs energy and the environment, needless to say I wasn't fully disappointed but I'm assuming my appearance might have something to do with it, but that shouldn't matter based on knowledge of respect, but I'll see how it goes when round 2 comes.

It was ok. Room was fine. Employees seemed over worked and were very short with explanations.
Pros:

Great room, but, although we booked months ago they didn't have the room we asked for at check in.

Cons:

Very loud, lots of confusion at check-in and in the hallways. Front desk person admitted that they were overbooked. Long waits for an elevator. Just very chaotic

Overall, it serve its purpose. We wouldn’t stay there again if we had other options.
Pros:

We did not use their free breakfast. Location was good for the reason we were there. Hotel was crowded and noisy the whole weekend. ( there was a wedding there). Rooms were ok. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel.

Cons:

Rooms needed to be updated. The furniture is worn and needs to be replaced. The bathroom ceiling was peeling like they had water damage on the above floor. Dogs were barking in peoples rooms. Bad timing to be there this past weekend.

The happy hour was nice, but again I had to wait for food to be refilled and some was never refilled

Omelets were great. There was a nice variety.

Cons:

When I went to get the other food, all containers were empty. Had to wait a few minutes for them to be refilled.

We frequently come to Cleveland and this is going to be our new hotel!
Pros:

The room was very spacious, the property was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast is incredibly good!

Cons:

The heated pool wasn’t very warm, I couldn’t go in past my knees. The staff checked and it was working fine but was just very cold for me.

Great comfort, Great Staff, Great Food
Pros:

Embassy has great staff, great food, great comfort, and I like that they are pet friendly however every time I have stayed the room has had a lingering pet smell. For this stay I had Lysol w/me.

Cons:

The lingering pet smell. They need an odor neutralizer for the carpets. Customers should not have a problem with the hotel use of a air and carpet neutralizer understanding everyone DO NOT want to smell your pet! I love my fur babies and prioritize grooming and neutralizing pet smells in my home. Overall excellent stay!
