Clean hotel for a quick trip to Cleveland… thanks for making our stay uneventful!
Pros:

Location off the highway and amenities. Friendly staff.
Hotel staff accommodated our room requests… thank you so much!!!! Omelette station was a nice touch you don’t see often.

The Breakfast is going down hill. They used to have bacon with breakfast. on this trip they ran out of eggs and made you wait on a long omelette line. they were not on top of keeping up on hot water, utensils and plates.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, surprisingly comfy bed! I rarely sleep well in hotels, but got a great night's sleep here!

Great place but bad judgement on lighting and rude bar tenders.

Plenty of space

Cons:

One of the bartenders were rude, one bartender came up to us said take your time we will be closing but you guys are fine, 2 mins later a rude bartender came up and said you can’t be here we closed. Also our room was like sitting in the sun all night, the external lighting is placed in a way it points directly at the windows of the hotel. The lights should be closer to the building and pointing straight up

The man watching the pool needs to learn how to talk to people with disrespect. An Omni’s f mistake was made. I’m not a thug from the street. His attitude and how he spoke to me in front of my grand children was. Dry disrespectful.

Awful.
Cons:

My kids were cornered in the elevator and screamed profanities at by a random woman. The woman then proceeded to punch another child in the face that was there for a hockey tournament. Cops were called and arrested her.
