Great place but bad judgement on lighting and rude bar tenders.

Cons:

One of the bartenders were rude, one bartender came up to us said take your time we will be closing but you guys are fine, 2 mins later a rude bartender came up and said you can’t be here we closed. Also our room was like sitting in the sun all night, the external lighting is placed in a way it points directly at the windows of the hotel. The lights should be closer to the building and pointing straight up

The man watching the pool needs to learn how to talk to people with disrespect. An Omni’s f mistake was made. I’m not a thug from the street. His attitude and how he spoke to me in front of my grand children was. Dry disrespectful.

Cons:

My kids were cornered in the elevator and screamed profanities at by a random woman. The woman then proceeded to punch another child in the face that was there for a hockey tournament. Cops were called and arrested her.

They take their most loyal customers for granted
Pros:

I have been a loyal Diamond Member for years, but after this experience, I am seriously questioning why I stay with this brand. If you value cleanliness, basic maintenance, or even having a bed to sleep in, stay away.
I checked in via the app and received a digital key, confirming my arrival. Because of travel delays, I arrived at the property the following morning. Despite the fact that the room was already paid for and I was perfectly willing to pay for the night I missed, they gave my confirmed reservation away. I had to scramble at the last minute to find another place to stay while exhausted. A "confirmed" reservation apparently means nothing here.
When I finally got into a room, I wish I hadn't. Calling it "shabby" would be a compliment.
• The Bathroom: Absolutely disgusting. There were pubic hairs scattered all over the floor around the base of the toilet. It clearly hadn't been cleaned—or even looked at—by housekeeping.
• The Ceiling: The paint in the shower was peeling off in large flakes, hanging over my head while I tried to wash.
• The Bed: The mattress was completely caved in at the center. It felt like sleeping in a lumpy hammock.
The lack of respect for top-tier loyalty members is staggering, but the lack of basic hygiene is unforgivable. I am beyond disappointed. I’ll never go back.

Cons:

It had 3 elevators for 8 floors of rooms. 1 elevator was broken. Had to wait for elevator and stairway would not take you to main floor but to emergency exit outside. Stairway had stacks of clean dishes in rack. Rat traps in stairway.
