It was a cheap night stay and accommodations reflected that.
Pros:

Building itself was grand and pretty

Cons:

Room was musty and stained. Floor was sticky. Staff was VERY RUDE.

Cons:

Not a fan of how you have to make "reservations" to use the pool after 5pm but no one was making sure the ones with these so called reservations were the only ones using the pool and it was utter chaos in there..it should be linked to your room key to enter at your reserved time and have someone in there checking
We were really disappointed we didn't get to use it at all during our stay
Other than that our stay was excellent and would absolutely use embassy suites again

Pros:

The price for what you got was great. Staff was amazing super nice. Breakfast was awesome. Very quiet for how busy it seemed.

Cons:

The microwave was broken, a drawer handle was broken and there was no hand soap in the bathroom in our room when I asked the front desk for toilet paper and hand soap they had the toilet paper but no hand soap.

For that hotel to be as big as it is, the breakfast area could be larger

This hotel needs some work
Cons:

There were quite a few things in our room that needed replacing, fixed. We had a very busy schedule so we were only at the room a few minute before late that night. The liquid soap container that in by the bathroom sink was completely missing and they didn’t even have a bar of soap to use, frayed carpet, broken faucet handle, safe was locked already so we couldn’t use it. And then the topper which we didn’t see till midnight, was the sheets didn’t not look fresh.All very disappointing.

If you do not have a pet ask them to assign you to rooms that animals have overnight stay in
