Multiple rooms still do not have working air conditioning. Not even on fan only, so if a 76 degree room with no moving air is your jam, then this hotel is perfect for you. The response from staff was “we’re working on it”. After two days with no improvement, it was clear that no one was actually working on it.
The hotel in general is not well kept or well maintained and staff are inattentive.
It has potential, but falls short.
Convenient location.
The front desk Saturday 6-13-2026 checkin front desk representative was courteous, friendly, welcoming and professional, accommodating. Took care of what was needed for my stay. The dinner event hostesses and host were awesome and the food was good. The were very courteous, friendly and accommodating.
Of the 3 elevators 2 were not working
This caused long delays and crowded one elevator.
The room carpeting was stained, dingy and needs replacing.
The checkout front desk staff at checkout was not professional and not courteous or welcoming. They had bad attitudes. The person that checked me out was not courteous and the other person at the front desk made a rude remark when I was at the front desk. I had called the front earlier and asked for a late checkout they told me no. I asked if I could pay extra for the room to stay longer she said yes it will cost you $35 more, I said ok I will pay. But they deactivated my key cards to my 2 rooms that I booked.at 12noon, after I had agreed to pay for late checkout until 2pm.
I was attending my class reunion hosted by the hotel.
Great breakfast, lots of space in the room and great communal space for family to enjoy.
The linens were all clean but the carpet, couch, and other fixtures all had lots of unappealing stains. The pool was very small and loud.
I appreciated the staff’s politeness and professionalism throughout my stay.
My mother’s comforter was dirty, which was disappointing. I also expected a one-bedroom suite to be much larger based on my experiences at other Embassy Suites locations. For the price, the room felt smaller than expected. Additionally, housekeeping did not provide clean towels or replace the trash bags during our stay.
Location
Breakfast without bacons; it took 30 minutes to order towels. Red wine is not good.
Lobby was nice
The room was not to my standards
The wall were peeling
Cushions was ripped from couch
Curtains ripped
Nice area
Too expensive only can swim for 45 min total even if I paid for two rooms ! 170 per night and had a limit to swim? Front desk and bar tenders rude. And found a dirty sock in the bed. And didn’t get NO discount for dirty sheets
Spacious, easy to get to it. Breakfast delicious omelette
Our room 507 bathroom ceiling was peeling. Maybe the exhaust fan did not work?
I did like the location it seemed to be centrally located for everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was good and the omelette bar was amazing
My room was not clean. We found a fork by the door. Large gold confetti around the beds. The TV remote was broken. We asked for it to be replaced and they said that they were going to do that while we were out. We arrived after they had said that they replaced it and it was still broken. There was shredded plastic around the bathtub and underneath the sink which I had no problem picking up upon arrival. The sink for the wet bar was leaking. There is a large spotlight on the hotel and shined into our room making it difficult to sleep. I understand that's not on the staff just poor planning upon the builders. But we stayed in room 331 so I would advise staying away from that area. There's an ice machine on every floor but the third floor which was the floor I was on. We had a sleeping in do not disturb sign on our door and upon arriving on Saturday from our adventures we had new linens on the sink, our drawers were open, and our closet was open. Luckily nothing was removed I think somebody was just being nosy. Shower pressure was disappointing and the water seemed to never fully warm up even on high. Upon Monday morning we couldn't get on the internet like we were no longer a guest luckily we were checking out so it wasn't that big of a deal. However housekeeping knocked on the door and then just walked in. Despite me saying we're in here and I was trying to get to the door. When the housekeeping guy saw us he said it was marked vacant and continued to grab garbage. I appreciate a breakfast room being kept clean. I would suggest not walking away from your food to get a spoon fork or refresher on your drink because they will throw your food away. I have been trying to talk to the general manager since Monday June 1st and he's either not in there or the phone rings busy for so long I give up. They are very receptive to answering you through text messaging while you are staying there. The pool was cloudy and cold. The spa has been filled in.
Beautiful place, rooms are clean, breakfast is top notch, town is small, safe, no traffic. Local restraunt Thai Gourmet was amazing.
TVs a bit outdated (only sat)
Comfortable bed
I like the omelette station and the service
Towels were dirty.
Nice and clean. And I love the pool.
