It’s raining in Rupert
The attached Denny's was helpful for getting breakfast. The motel provided an umbrella for a walk in the rain. The desk staff were friendly and helpful at all hours.
The add indicates they have a pool. The pool was closed, likely not working for a long while. This is false information. The shower stall was very small with limited place to store any soaps.
Good location, comfortable room.
Rooms are a bit noisy.

Arrived and was told there was over booking and recieved email from booking.com stating I will only get 2nd night refund. No where to go with my children I'm single mom one income and $400 loss is wild when booking .com and the hotel don't communicate and I'm forced to take the hit for a mistake that I didn't make I reserved the rooms and showed up and when I use the app says to contact the hotel when I contact the hotel they say I have to contact the book.com 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ now book.com asking me how was my stay.
The miss communication between the booking.com and hotel
The restaurant was great and the food was delicious. It was also conveniently located beside the hotel
The dirty laundry in the hallway was not a good sight and made it awkward getting to our room.The laundry room was overflowing and the overflow was in the hallway.
Loved the beds, VERY comfortable. And the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They gave a welcome present to our toddler, and upgraded our room.
The curtains weren't long enough to block out the light, so it was hard to sleep. We ended up tucking extra cushions up behind the windows to block the light.
I liked how close it is to a good walking path
It strongly smells like pot. There wasn’t black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom

The advertised pool was closed and the advertised fitness room did not exist; the signs led to a dead end.
