Great Hotel!
Pros:

Wonderful hotel has it all, my daughters loved the swimming pool! Staff in the P&G all welcoming, Megan on reception was great so smiley and accommodating! Chatting away with my daughters, honestly such a pleasant experience!

Only negative the rooms are a bit outdated!

Great value for money, clean and very friendly staff
Pros:

Great facility, we wathced the sfootball semifinal on the big screen

Cons:

the gym was not available, under some renovations, we've benn unlucky and the cooling system for the draft beer was out of order so we spent a bit more on the usual drinks

Cons:

No draught beer at the bar, some of the internal features were dated and could have been cleaner. Breakfast prices were too high and having to pay for parking was not a good touch

VERY NOISY “PARTY” hotel - would not recommend
Pros:

Swimming pool and gym

Cons:

Basically a party hotel - never stayed in a hotel that is so noisy - eventually got another room removed from the hotel after their noise and smoking kept us awake until 4.30am

Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Particularly the bar staff

Cons:

The bathroom. It was difficult to start the shower as the knob to switch from bath to shower was broken. The mattress had a dip in it.
