Excellent parking. Excellent service and facilities provided like swimming pool and gym was very g.
Pros:

Breakfast was served hot and choices were excellent

Cons:

Porridge was thin and only warm. I preferred mine hot and thick so I can add hot milk and seeds n berries.

Hit and miss
Pros:

location. Comfy bed if you like a firm mattress. Space in the room.

Cons:

My room had an adjoining door
The person/s in the room next, I could hear everything! Lots of coming and goings. I had to use my earbuds to drain out the noise. I feel I should have been informed that there was an ajoining room.

No gluten-free options, had to ask which I don't mind doing, and they adapted, but for what I got was very overpriced. The food in the bar and grill I feel was a little overpriced.
Also, beware you have to pay to park as well.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and cheerful. We really enjoyed their classic chess burgers they’re a must try

Disappointing - room tired and cold

Parking easy

Cons:

The room was very dated. It was cold on arrival - heater is on able to turn on when door key activated. Despite me turning the heater on full and keeping it on full all night I was not warm enough. It was quite depressing!

Bathroom wasn't cleaned very well.

Mattress felt like it had seen better days,

Felt very basic. A notch below Premier Inn.

Paid for room in advance. Provided a card on arrival to cover any costs I ran up - but holding charge for whole room placed on bank card overnight.

Starbucks didn't open until 8am - so I wasn't able to get a decent coffee to take with me in the morning as planned.

Stayed here a few years ago - it has really gone downhill.

Enjoyable stay catered for everything would stay again just let down by dated items and need to up the cleanliness a lit

Great friendly helpful staff - fantastic facilities - nice and warm -

Cons:

Cleanliness could have been better however I feel this is due to the age of things. If there was an improvement and an update on the cleanliness and dated items throughout the building it would be a 10/10 for everything.
