Very welcoming atmosphere

Wider choice of breakfast cereals
Check in call a few days before we took our guest to the hotel to make sure we were ok.
The comfortable bed and excellent service
Easy parking. Friendly greeting on arrival. Lift to upper floor room. Good size room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was extremely busy but the staff were very efficient in setting up a table for us just outside the main restaurant. A wide selection of breakfast options - help yourself buffet. The croissants were excellent!
We thought the evening meal in the hotel restaurant was average at best and the food (particularly) and drinks were overpriced. If we stayed again we would eat elsewhere. We enjoyed breakfast apart from the scrambled eggs, which were a very pale yellow (almost white) - were they actually made from real eggs?

The staffe were very friendly apart from one lad in the reception for excersise activities
When i asked if i could do the reformer palates i was told in a very superior maner this was protorised for members also as i was booking on the day had left it too late
It wasnt what he said that anoyed me i understand members have some things some members donr
But it was the tone off his vioce which was very self important and made me feel uncomfortable
However may i add the girl who was with him was lovley and very professional
Bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast poor value for money. Bathroom not clean. Hardly any toilet roll provided. 3 coat hangers! Very noisy above the room all night, stomping footsteps.
