Nao gostei d muita coisa bem caido o hotel

Deixei meu carro pra ele guardarem quando fui pegar eles tinham deixado ele na rua e com o pisca alerta ligado com isso a bateria do carro acabou e tive que espera mais de hora para q ele dessem um jeito de arrumar muito fraco o hotel antigamente ates da rede oft assumir era melhor o hotel esta cada dia pior

O maior problema foi a dificuldade para estacionar em frente ao hotel. A garagem fica distante e, quando cheguei para fazer o check-in, passei bastante tempo dando voltas até conseguir parar o carro.

Sempre que precisava sair e retornar, era obrigatório parar em frente ao hotel para entregar o veículo ao manobrista, já que somente ele tinha acesso ao estacionamento. Isso tornava o processo cansativo e demorado. Além disso, como a via é de mão única, era necessário dar uma volta muito grande para conseguir voltar ao hotel.

Acredito que o hotel poderia melhorar essa logística, pois ela acaba causando bastante transtorno aos hóspedes.

Decepcionante! Falta de respeito e educação.

Sempre que vou a Goiânia me hospedo ou no Garden ou no San Conrado. Em relação ao atendimento da recepção fomos bem atendidas, nesta hospedagem, não posso falar nada... mas....

Cons:

quanto ao pessoa do atendimento do restaurante e café da manhã, ai deixou muito a desejar. Primeiro que minha colega pediu uma xicara com agua para tomar um chá, e a atendente nao queria dar... depois ao devolver a xicara de manha, a outra (dona da cozinha, só pode) além de achar ruim e fazer cara feia ainda foi grosseira dizendo que as "meninas" nao escutam mesmo! Ou seja, ao podiam fornecer uma xicara de agua quente para ela tomar um chá!!
E, na manhã seguinte o hotel ficou sem energia, a agua do frigobar esquentou e fui pedir pra trocar, a mesma da xicara, disse super grosseira que nao podia trocar nao... que eram regras da casa... e virou as costas e me deixou falando sozinha... ou seja, péssimo atendimento, falta de respeito e de educação.
