Good value hotel with decent facilities.
Pros:

Good sized room with air-con. Wi-fi easy to set up and was reliable. Good sized mini fridge with complimentary spring water. Check in and check out was easy and efficient.

Cons:

Room was left unlocked on one instance after housekeeping visit. Door seal was peeling from room door, making door difficult to close. Poorly maintained and loose plug sockets.

Great hotel if you're getting of a plane late
Pros:

The room was fine, opening window out on the the street below, next door to a famous seafood restaurant and across from the botanical garden. It's got a roof terrace but we didn't utilise it as it was way to hot. For the price, it was perfectly fine.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't that great so we didn't eat all that much. Location is quite far out of town if you're planning on walking in and given the heat, it was a tough walk if you're not used to it.

It was a bit noisy but OK for price
Pros:

Bathroom was nice and clean. There was a fridge which was very helpful to keep water cold in the heat. Staff were very polite and helpful. They offered suggestions for sightseeing and supplied a map.

Cons:

The aircon was very noisy and woke us up a lot during the night but it was too hot to turn it off. Traffic was also very noisy and the wall very thin. Earplugs were provided which helped a little bit though. Breakfast was pretty cheap but most things were a bit stale. Reception and the hallway to the lift smelt a bit musky.
