When booking more than 3 rooms (group booking), different cancellation policies and nonrefundable deposit will be required immediately.
The hotel does not accept 3rd party credit cards. Please note cash deposits are not accepted.
The hotel reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount 72 hours prior to reservation arrival date. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Guests must be 19 years or older to check into the hotel. Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the duration of their stay
Children 12 and under stay free in the parent’s room (up to 2 children). The 3rd adult charge will be $20.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.
Extra beds can be requested using the Special Request box when booking. Extra beds cannot be accommodated in the Executive One-Bedroom Suite. Guests must confirm availability direct with the hotel after the reservation has been made.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

部屋が広くリラックスできた。
受付の前を往来するとき、受付スタッフはほぼ無言、無表情でした。せっかくよい施設なのに、笑顔と（good morningなど）あいさつがほとんどなかったのが残念。
チェックイン時刻まで時間があったため、ひとまず荷物を預かってもらおうとしたのですが、その時の対応がやや不親切に感じられました。受付はホテルの顔とも言えるので、そこを改善すれば、もっと人気が出ると思います。
また利用したいホテルです。
The centralised location and the spacious room. We have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which is perfect for four of us.
The bed and pillows are too soft
Best located hotel, right in downtown Alberni Street. It is walkable to many places in downtown and many eateries / shopping around. We love it!
The 2 queen beds were a little small for 4 adults
Beautiful hotel in the middle of the town. Plenty of room in the suite and good views.
Great location for exploring the city. We were able to walk to a lot of places, restaurants, etc. The room is spacious and comfortable.
The bathroom light was so dim that I couldn't use the mirror. And the design of the bathroom doors was poor. They banged into each other.
This property was close to everything. I loved that it had two bedrooms and bathrooms.
It did not have a pool
The Apartment was nice and clean in a good safe location. The front desk staff was very disappointing. They never acknowledge you entering or exiting the front lobby. They give off a very unwelcoming vibe like we were an inconvenience to them. The housekeeping was awesome and so pleasent. Always acknowledging us saying good morning, good afternoon, etcetera.
It’s a very comfortable apartment in a great location. Walked to the cruise terminal at the end of the stay.
Location was great. Spacious, had a balcony and view of the city. Small kitchen. This would be nice for a longer stay.

Perfect location to visit downtown Vancouver and enjoy morning jogging in Stanley Park. The view from the 22nd floor was spectacular. Staff was very kind, especially the housekeeping ladies.
