When booking more than 3 rooms (group booking), different cancellation policies and nonrefundable deposit will be required immediately.

The hotel does not accept 3rd party credit cards. Please note cash deposits are not accepted.

The hotel reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount 72 hours prior to reservation arrival date. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Guests must be 19 years or older to check into the hotel. Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the duration of their stay

Children 12 and under stay free in the parent’s room (up to 2 children). The 3rd adult charge will be $20.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.

Extra beds can be requested using the Special Request box when booking. Extra beds cannot be accommodated in the Executive One-Bedroom Suite. Guests must confirm availability direct with the hotel after the reservation has been made.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit allen Freiheiten
Pros:

Sehr zentral, alles Notwendige in direkter Umgebung, ideale Lage zum Stanley Park, für Jogger und Radfahrer durch entsprechende Angebote am Wasserbereich sehr geeignet, Fahrrad im Hoteleingang an einem Fahrradständer gefahrlos anschliessbar

Cons:

Dürftige Küchenausstattung, laute Klimaanlage, die aber ohne weiteres ausgeschaltet werden kann, Fenster zur Belüftung öffnebar. Sehr teurer Autoparkplatz in der Tiefgarage, sollte eigentlich im ohnehin kräftigen Preis integriert sein.

Beautiful location of downtown Vancouver!
Pros:

The location and the view from our room!

Cons:

I paid for 4 people but only two towels were in room
When requested more, we just got one more instead of two. We shouldn’t have to keep requesting if you know number of guests - leave a towel for each guest!

The location is quite convenient and safe feeling in the downtown area.

Cons:

The king size bed mattress is too soft and needed to be replaced. The mattress is depressed and sinking in the sleeping area.

Great location and spacious apartment.
Pros:

Great central location and close to local amenities. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was adequately equipped.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit was in a store room within the apartment and was very noisy. As the weather wasn’t too hot we turned it off. The idea was that when you left the apartment you turned in on and when you came back you turn it off!

Pros:

Great location and spacious rooms. Unfortunately we had no hot water in the morning but in fairness we did receive a partial refund which was warranted. Would stay again.
