When booking more than 3 rooms (group booking), different cancellation policies and nonrefundable deposit will be required immediately.

The hotel does not accept 3rd party credit cards. Please note cash deposits are not accepted.

The hotel reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount 72 hours prior to reservation arrival date. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Guests must be 19 years or older to check into the hotel. Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the duration of their stay

Children 12 and under stay free in the parent’s room (up to 2 children). The 3rd adult charge will be $20.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.

Extra beds can be requested using the Special Request box when booking. Extra beds cannot be accommodated in the Executive One-Bedroom Suite. Guests must confirm availability direct with the hotel after the reservation has been made.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful, appreciated the daily change of towels/sheets and water bottles provided, decent gym facilities, sufficient number of laundry machines

Cons:

Dining table chairs aren’t sturdy, broke without my full weight on it. Laundry drying lines would also be helpful.

FANTASTIC!
Pros:

Fantastic location, very spacious, friendly and welcoming staff, and the Nespresso machine was the best coffee I’ve had in 5 weeks!

The balcony and the kitchen were a treat, honestly, it was incredible value for how lovely the apartment was. And, it was so so clean.

Thanks so much to the team and management for making our stay so good

Good location but rooms felt less comfy and more like an office space.

Cons:

Rooms were big but odd shaped. Sheets were like sleeping in potato chips - toooo crisp! Floors need coverings - too hard and cold - not welcoming.

Pros:

Such a stunning modern apartment in a very central location. Had everything we needed. Had a grocery store across the road. Would happily stay again.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have an extra arm chair in the living room for an added comfort, but overall just a minor concern and everything was great
