Important information:

When booking more than 3 rooms (group booking), different cancellation policies and nonrefundable deposit will be required immediately.

The hotel does not accept 3rd party credit cards. Please note cash deposits are not accepted.

The hotel reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount 72 hours prior to reservation arrival date. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Guests must be 19 years or older to check into the hotel. Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the duration of their stay

Children 12 and under stay free in the parent’s room (up to 2 children). The 3rd adult charge will be $20.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.

Extra beds can be requested using the Special Request box when booking. Extra beds cannot be accommodated in the Executive One-Bedroom Suite. Guests must confirm availability direct with the hotel after the reservation has been made.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

位於市中心，飯店正對面就有一間很大的超市買食材非常方便。
兩個房間ㄧ大床兩單床非常符合家人需要，很少飯店有這樣的組合，ㄧ般都只有兩大床的房型。
住了3晚，房間乾淨，飯店人員也很親切，很滿意。

Cons:

洗衣房位於3樓公共空間，洗衣服要等洗完才能出門，如果房內有洗衣機就更完美了。

Excelente lugar!
Pros:

Muy bonito espacio y bien ubicado; todos los dias te dejan café nespresso, agua y limpian el cuarto.
Esta caminando 10-15 mins a Stanley Park, Gastown, Canada Place, Museo Vancouver y a una cuadra de zona de tiendas.

Great location and a nice alternative for a group of 5 women on a girls trip
Pros:

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious enough for 5 adults and the location was excellent!

Cons:

The sheets were stiff and and too "crisp" ; quality of the sheets were questionable.

I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend to stay at this hotel!
Pros:

We enjoyed our room and all it had to offer, the facilities were excellent and the location was exactly what we needed~ we could walk and shop or needed a short taxi to other locations. This hotel is perfect!

Cons:

There was nothing not to like!
