When booking more than 3 rooms (group booking), different cancellation policies and nonrefundable deposit will be required immediately.
The hotel does not accept 3rd party credit cards. Please note cash deposits are not accepted.
The hotel reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount 72 hours prior to reservation arrival date. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Guests must be 19 years or older to check into the hotel. Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the duration of their stay
Children 12 and under stay free in the parent’s room (up to 2 children). The 3rd adult charge will be $20.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.
Extra beds can be requested using the Special Request box when booking. Extra beds cannot be accommodated in the Executive One-Bedroom Suite. Guests must confirm availability direct with the hotel after the reservation has been made.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Clean, well-equipped, convenient, friendly .
One of the cups in the cupboard was stained.
Very spacious suite that was clean and comfortable and the hotel has a gym and washing/ drying facilities.
Check in at 4pm is quite late, thankfully they did let us check in early once the suite was cleaned.

I loved how nice the staff was and the location was amazing you could walk to the market across the street and go walk down to Stanley park

Great location with magnificent deli/food store across the road, brilliant liquor store round the corner, lots of restaurants and cafes, and within easy walking distance of attractions. Staff were unfailing polite and helpful. The suite itself was spacious and well equipped with a good view of the city and lots of light. The bed was very comfortable. Was good value for money.
I would have liked a second, or a bigger towel.

Location, size of suite, the view and the quietness of the room. Also, a fully equipped kitchen made our lives easier.
The bed was low and very firm. No matter how hard I tried I just could not get the room temperature comfortable.

Great location to base yourself in the city. Close to some amazing restaurants and walking distance to many sightseeing spots and public transport. Reception staff were very accommodating and helpful.
