When booking more than 3 rooms (group booking), different cancellation policies and nonrefundable deposit will be required immediately.

The hotel does not accept 3rd party credit cards. Please note cash deposits are not accepted.

The hotel reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount 72 hours prior to reservation arrival date. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Guests must be 19 years or older to check into the hotel. Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the duration of their stay

Children 12 and under stay free in the parent’s room (up to 2 children). The 3rd adult charge will be $20.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.

Extra beds can be requested using the Special Request box when booking. Extra beds cannot be accommodated in the Executive One-Bedroom Suite. Guests must confirm availability direct with the hotel after the reservation has been made.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location and comfortable rooms for a stay in Vancouver.
Pros:

Comfortable room with plenty of space and good cooking facilities. The showers were good, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

It was a little strange to see that there weren’t room lights in the bedrooms, only bedside lamps. Also wishing it had a pool or spa/sauna but knew that before we went there.

Amazing apartment right in the heart of the city.
Pros:

Spacious room, great safe location in the middle of the city. Easy to walk to everything. Supermarket across the road. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of storage space. Easily accommodated our family of 5.

Cons:

Shower was sometimes temperamental.

やっぱりここ　バンクーバーの常宿！
Pros:

３度目のリピート利用です。バンクーバーに来る時は必ずここに泊まっていますが。今回が初めてのレビューです。

ベッドルームとリビングが分かれていることで、ゆっくりできます。
目の前のスーパーで食材購入して、キッチンで料理しています。お土産もここで買うことあります。
パン屋さんが近くにできて更に便利に！
キッチン設備やエレベーターがリニューアルされていたようでした。

Cons:

駅やバス停まで少し距離があります。今回は滞在中ずっと雨だったので、移動だけが少し大変でした。また、早朝出発（5時ころ）の場合、バスがないためカナダラインの最寄り駅バンクーバーシティーセンター駅（空港に向かう場合）まで（700m）スーツケースを持っての徒歩はややきついかな。

Pros:

Appreciated the size of the room for the price. I was staying in town for a conference and the location was excellent for that and shopping on Robson street afterwards.

Cons:

There was no breakfast unfortunately.
