The room was nice. It was large and clean.

I have a family emergency.That happened was trying to call the hotel. Whoever I could call no answer all I was talking to was an AI computer agency, and still no answer. No, refund, no nothing. I left a voicemail for the hotel. No, one actually called me back. I did call the actual number. That I've seen on Google. And the lady swear up-and-down that I didn't have a reservation but i had a confirmation number through email from them.So I wasn't able to check in.Had to stay the night in the hospital.Thank godIt was only like twenty seven dollars for the freaking hotel.But by the reviews i was lucky to just send the night in the hospital

The stay all in all I give it 2 stars because of the property cleanliness and when you bring a concern to the staff your told you as a customer need to tell the property front desk about the issue. The top of our fridge was dirty like it had dry garbage or what ever on top of it . At points and times you can hear people hollering kids screaming and running around. I don’t know if they think cause you only paid so much they didn’t have to clean and make sure the rooms are bug free and to keep the room cleaning schedule on top I asked for every 3 days for 15 day stay and got 2 cleaning days and on the second day didn’t get proper towels and some of the sheets had stains of something on them as well. But it’s a good area to get to stores and food but the stay I wasn’t happy at all with it. You need to get your plumbing and what not fixed asap before someone at the board of health comes in and makes you have to fix’s the issues with fines.

The property is outdated and in poor condition. They show renovated rooms in the online ad which is why we decided to stay there. However, the room we had was disgusting. Bugs, everything felt wet, mold, wet marks all over the ceiling, towels were paper thin, toilet ran on, furniture looked like it came from a dump. When we arrived the person at the hotel spoke to us through a cell phone translator. We booked for three people and they only gave us a room with two towels. The covers on the bed were paper thin. The mattress was ok but I was really concerned about bed bugs. Find another place to stay. Very disappointed.

The website and photos of the property is not at all what it was like. Everything was filthy, dirty, falling apart, TV not working, no water pressure, bugs in room

It was older. Unkempt. A lot of daily/weekly residents. Pool only had one table and two chairs.
Ice machine was out of order and the front desk opened 20 mins late. Out of everyone's control, at 12:30 a.m., the Loud, Blaring Fire Alarm went off. Fire truck arrived 30 mins later to turn off the false alarm. This was not very satisfying to see the delay in their response time, nor any staff to comfort guests as to what was occurring. Therefore we will not be returning. Try making it safer, cleanier, welcomer. Heard may out of towners/families were very disappointed and very unwelcomed.

Lady was very nice when letting them know my mini fridge wasn't working. She moved me to another room without hesitation. The beds are the most comfortable that I've seen in any hotel as of yet.

It was clean but the hotel needs a renovation as soon as possible. In another hand the location is very convenient and the price too.

It was okay. Quite a bit dilapidated but the price was suitable. What I didn’t like like was the tile and the beds slid around. I hated that and constantly had to push it back to the wall and in place.

Not satisfy with room and not cleaning daily

I was supposed to stay two weeks but ended up staying only one night. Substandard place to stay.

It was good. Good service .

This was not as represented and we did not stay due to conditions. Left after room inspection where lights did not work, smelled of urine and weed. Area was not safe either from conditions of neighboring buildings.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It's filthy and full of cockroaches. Arrived in the evening, no lobby. Had to call and wait outside for 45 minutes for someone to arrive on site to let us into our room.

The floors are filthy. We decided to throw our shoes away when we left. The bathroom had snot or poop stains on the door and walls. The floor was caked in dirt so bad my 8 year old son asked us, what is this stuff?

The closet and shelves were caked in filth. I accidentally put our clean towels down on it and didn't realize until it was to late.

We stayed 15 days and the cleaning crew came 2 times even though they told us it would be daily. 1 time they made the beds and took the trash. The 2nd time they only took out the trash. Never got new bedding, lived with trash for 14 days. We started taking it out ourselves in fear of cockroaches. They never restocked our coffee. We had to go ask for it every day. On 1 of 2 days they came we asked for 30 minutes so we could leave. The cleaning lady got an attitude, made faces at us and walked away.

There was daily screaming, fighting and drugs going on in the rooms around us. Parking lot full of loitering bad people. Harassed my wife with sexual profanities. Got approached for money by the sexual harasser on another day.

Extremely unsafe hotel for families. If you don't speak Spanish don't even think of coming here in this area. Almost no one speaks english. Even at Walmart and stores around it.
