Great place after air travel.
Pros:

We arrived after 10 pm after a day of air travel. This Marriot was close to the airport. Use a google map to find the place as travel from the airport is tricky. This Fairfield is not an upper-end Marriott, yet still a good place to stay after air travel. Breakfast traditional-hotel fair. Over all, clean, safe, comfortable with great staff!

Cons:

This hotel seemed constructed with less quality (quietness) than other Marriott hotels.

1st Time at Fairfield but won't be our last!
Pros:

Our first time staying at the Fairfield and we had a great experience! First off, we thought the warm cookies were a nice perk upon our arrival. The clerk Sam was very nice, helpful and super attentive to anyone walking in. We did a Stay n' Fly so utilized their shuttle service and both drivers were friendly and timely. We were there just over 12 hours so didn't spend a ton of time or utilize the amenities but from the quick stay, we thought our room and the bathroom was nice and plenty spacious. Basic toiletries provided along w/ in room coffee, however, we had the coffee in the lobby which was great! Unfortunately, we had to check out before the breakfast began but it looked like it had plenty of the basic continental things. I wish we could have stayed longer to check out the pool & fitness center but that will have to wait until next time!

Great place to stay near the airport

Excellent value and very clean and quiet hotel. Very little nighttime traffic in the area

Price was competitive and hotel was very accommodating to my families needs.

Cons:

My reservation did not reflect the room that I was given and I’m checking in. I was told that I could either take this room or leave when I shared the reservation. He simply said that it was not clean and I could stay in a dirty room if I wanted it.

Good Hotel and Location
Pros:

Arrived in Minnesota from the UK on our 3+ week road trip. Having picked up our hire car at the airport, the Fairfield was our first stop conveniently located near to the airport being only about 5 miles distance which was ideal after our long trans-atlantic flight. The hotel is smart, the rooms are very comfortable and the staff are welcoming. There is a large seated breakfast area near reception providing an excellent choice of cuisine to start each day and car parking is at the front of the hotel. It has everything a traveller requires, very good.
