Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Location, staff and facilities.

Cons:

We were there for 10 days and our room was cleaned only once. Even that with our request.

For the short term stay it was good
Pros:

Staff were excellent! Front desk Sam and the girl checking us in June 18th.
Freddy in breakfast area.

Cons:

The pull out sofa bed and the king bed weren’t comfortable.
Had some issues with toilet but they resolved it.
Rates went from 139- 239 depending on nite.

Nickel and dimed $3.00 at a time
Pros:

The staff that I interreacted with were fine other than not being notified that there was going to be a $3.00 parking fee
It is hard to fathom that any hotel would charge for a service that is a basic part of operating a hotel
What's next, pay toilets?
A surcharge for clean sheets?
Called to discuss with the manager and left a message
A week has gone by and no returned phone call

Because the staff has always been welcoming and attentive we have chosen this Marriott.
Pros:

Very good variety of breakfast items to choose from. It is in convenient location visiting our son’s family.

Cons:

We have used this Marriott facility virtually every time we are visiting the Minneapolis area since it is conveniently close to family. The rooms are showing their age and could use some further updating. The bathrooms are always clean but showing their age.

Pros:

Great staff and breakfast.

Cons:

Getting linens for the sofa bed was funny. Ask right away. The staff got it figured out for me - it just took time.
