Wegen Computer / Internet Problemen konnte oder wollte man mich nicht einchecken. Es konnte keine Aussage getroffen werden wann oder ob ich überhaupt eingecheckt werden kann. Einen verantwortlichen Manager, über das Rezeptionspersonal hinaus, konnte ich nicht sprechen. Ich wurde gebeten zu gehen um woanders unterzukommen. Meine Bedenken, dass ich bei Nichterscheinen oder Stornierung am Anreisetag eventuell mit einer Gebühr belegt werden könnte wurden mit Achselzucken abgetan.

highly disappointed.
Cons:

The pictures on here of the room and bathroom look nice but they are not. The lobby picture even on here looks way nicer than the lobby really is. The sink in my bathroom was clogged and every time i used it hair from previous guests would come up out of it so I had to use the other sink in the kitchen the whole stay.

When the concert was over I went to check in but the hotel canceled my reservation but still charged me bc we showed up after 11pm. Furious and staff had to idea how to handle anything?!

Pros:

Nobody at the front desk past 10pm. Have to use their phone in the vestibule for anybody to pick up. Probably the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in. Guess there’s descent amenities in the room (full fridge, kitchenette without any utensils). Next time will pay the extra $10 for a real bed and service.
