It was basic.
Thin walls, had a snoring individual next door and it was sleeplessness from 1am till 7am.
Door was also next to the storeroom, thin-walls issue... all movements in the store also disturbed our peace.

Cost and DUCKS POOPING!!🤣
Our reservation was canceled by hotel management and we were not informed until we arrived after our two hour drive. I contacted Booking. Com and representative confirmed the cancellation. We Went to hotel across street and paid twice as much.
Front Desk General Manager was exceptional.
Not a fan of being on the first floor level.

Wegen Computer / Internet Problemen konnte oder wollte man mich nicht einchecken. Es konnte keine Aussage getroffen werden wann oder ob ich überhaupt eingecheckt werden kann. Einen verantwortlichen Manager, über das Rezeptionspersonal hinaus, konnte ich nicht sprechen. Ich wurde gebeten zu gehen um woanders unterzukommen. Meine Bedenken, dass ich bei Nichterscheinen oder Stornierung am Anreisetag eventuell mit einer Gebühr belegt werden könnte wurden mit Achselzucken abgetan.
