Beds aren’t that comfy
The staff are very friendly and take care of any needs.
Do you have to take your own sheets down to the office to get them washed.
Martin Is A Happy, Helpful & Friendly Front Desk Employee. Only A Two Minute Walk To StarBucks, Able To Walk To Restaurants, Fast Food, Retail Stores. Easy Access To Freeway Which Is Not A Speedway. Free Ample Parking & WiFi.
Small Lobby. No Front Desk Service From 2300-0600. Only One Elevator To Access Upper Floors. Grab & Go Breakfast Consist Of Coffee, Muffins & NuTriGrain Bars. Only Coffee & 3 NuTriGrain Bars Were Left At 0700. No Machine That Made Ice. Limited HouseKeeping Services. One Bar Of Soap For Toiletry, Weak Shower Pressure. Same NuTriGrain Bar Wrapper In Elevator For Two Days.
The layout of the room was nice. The sheets reeked of smoke. The bedding wasn't comfortable and it smelled like fish thru the hallways from people cooking and the hallways needed shampooing.

Location
On my first evening someone tried to get into my room 107. I had the locks on but the two guys that tried to get in had a key. They left after yelling and screaming in the hall. The front desk was concerned but there was no explanation to me. They did redo my keys. The second day those keys did not work. I did not feel safe!!!!!
Front desk was welcoming. Addressed me by my first name. It felt friendly. Accommodated my request for 3rd floor room. It was very quiet.
