Overall experience is out of my personal expectation.
Pros:

All the facilities are very clean. Staff at the frontdesk is very helpful and kind, very skillful with all of the procedures of check-in. The breakfast offered at the first floor is quite good, with hot coffee and vanilla and chocolate muffins offerred.

Cons:

Overall, this hotel is nice! Only issue that I can think of is that the soundproofing, which is not quite good. I can actually hear what others are saying in other rooms. But as a hotel, I think it is inevitable.

This is a good place to stay if you are on a budget and it’s close to Starbucks and restaurants.

I only stayed for 20 minutes
Cons:

I felt very unsafe at this location. There were gang tags on the asphalt in the parking lot, among other things. When people spoke next door, it sounded like they were literally in my room.... For having a kitchen, there was not a single dish or utensil. This was not explained in the services.

Pros:

The refrigerator. Basically having a kitchen was nice. The lady at the front desk was accommodating by lending me a fork and knife with kitchen towels. She was also mindful that I would like to see my car from my room. That was nice.

Cons:

It smelled like someone was smoking pot in the lobby.
The bathroom sink had hairs in it, like from shaving. The shower head was leaking down the wall. And the light switch by the bed didn't turn the light off, so I had to move the table and unplug it before going to sleep.
