Outside view is aesthetic
The staff was great, the have good customer service culture, the restaurant itself did not look the part.
The hotel is at a very bad location, literally a feel of down and non safety. The nearby pub/tarvenn is also not helping. What was very disturbing was the noise or shouting that came from one of the rooms to a point where I had to ask the staff to get the guest to lower their noise but the receptionist said has been trying to with no luck.

I wish they can put the microwave in the room rather than going to the reception to warm our food
