Отель находится недалеко от Каскада и центральных улиц, около 20 минут ходьбы. Рядом есть магазины и кафе.

it is right in front of American university of Armenia, so it is perfect for students who take exams there in Prometric center. Room was comfy, they have private parking area, no noise, breakfast was fine, so overall it is perfect stay for a person who has life changing exam to pass.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is tastefully furnished. Floors are marble and bathroom walls are also marble. The room was large and comfortable for a week long stay. A lift as well as stairs services upper floors. A well supplied breakfast bar and dining room caters for guests.
The girl replenishing the breakfast bar and waiting in the dining room at night was very shy and avoided guests and so was slow to clear used plates and replenish the bar. We dined in on our first night (the only diners!) and found the menu inflexible and the food overcooked. The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve found in any hotel.
This facility has great potential and so many positive features. The negatives could be readily tweaked to provide an outstanding experience.
My stay at Bass Boutique Hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home the moment you arrive. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed — their hospitality truly stood out.
The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. I especially appreciated the quiet ambiance and cozy bedding — I slept like a baby every night.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options, and the dining area had such a pleasant vibe to start the day. The location is ideal — close to the city center, yet in a peaceful area with lovely views.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail and genuine care shown by the staff. They made sure every part of my stay was smooth and enjoyable.
Overall, Bass Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan — whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Unfortunately, room 202 was very noisy and the middle door between the two rooms transmitted sound. The sink water was broken.
Thank you very much for everything! I read some negative reviews, but I honestly don't understand why- the breakfast was delicous, the room was very comfortable, and the staff helped me with everything I asked for.
