Lovely olace, the slience and the nature I have almost thought I am back at the Lowveld.
Pros:

When we have a problem in our room with the water and aircorn the staff responded and they move us to another room.

Cons:

The swimming pool and the poor condition of the road, my car is very low and some places were really a challenge to get through

great stay, they need to improve their security system.
Pros:

other than the loss of my cellphone, the stay was great. my advise would be just make peace, should you loose anything just forget it.

Cons:

Security was my biggest concern; two cellphones were lost during my stay. I guess the disclaimer at the entrance really sets them out.

Pros:

I love their breakfast,the chefs were friendly, also their bartender Williams was too welcoming, he made sure that we ate even though it was closing time,and still made an exception for us when it was time to close the bar..

Cons:

I love everything except that we couldn't make too much noise but I understand because other people were tired too

Pros:

The GM Dirk was professional and very accommodating throughout my interaction with him.
The establishment offers great tranquility and rooms were clean.

Cons:

Some of the staff were quite unprofessional and not accommodating to guests.
The pool was not always clean which was a disappointment, given how beautiful the surroundings were.
Unfortunately the food quality was below par.

Rooms smell bad , have dust and soil on floor, cant you clean them and put Cobra polish, surely it won't cost much.

The bush is lovely.

We did not have running water in the evening and unfortunately our aircon wasn’t working after they promised to send out a technician twice.
