A cool place for destressing .
Pros:

The reception is warm and welcoming they don't mind the time. There is always people ready to direct you to the room. The. Staff clean out side in the morning before going to the room. It feels like home. There is always extra blankets because it's cold. There is network. The break fast buffet is on point but you should be on time. If late you will get nothing

Cons:

No ready charging points, the TV and aircon is not user friendly.. The room was too small and cold. When going to bathroom you are forced to touch the wall as the bed only left and inch for you to pass. I just hope other rooms are better

Accueil très agréable.
L'hôtel se situe en pleine nature dans un cadre voué à au calme et la relaxation.
Super décoration du restaurant, du bar, de l'accueil.
Petit-déjeuner excellent, le meilleur durant ce voyage.
Emplacement au calme et malgré tout à 3 minutes, en voiture, de la ville.

Cons:

Their surroundings are very dirty and we were given dirty towels. Their food were tasteless and dry. Atleast they were supposed to have carpets in the room. I regret been there.

Rooms not up to standard, restaurant and food great! An operating SPA a must!
Pros:

Great variety for breakfast, restaurant great.
Rooms average, some did not have hot water, aircons not working.

Cons:

Staff did not really try so solve the situation with geysers and aircon. Lack of communication on site. Some of the rooms the beds were not comforable(old), aircons not working. No Spa available on a Saturday although advertised!

Winter Stay
Pros:

The place is beautiful 😍 the staff there is the friendliest.

Cons:

Our heater in the room was not working and the place is soo cold hence it's winter so I should have carried an extra blanket, they did offer us one but it was just too cold the heater would have been great to warm up the room too.
