Great location
The breakfast came in a brown bag, not the cute little basket I was expecting. Got there pretty early left a phone number, came to check in and there was a line of 4 couples in front of us and 1 employee. Seemed like there should have been 2 employees for a Saturday check in time.
I slept 9 hours straight due to the amazing bed & pillows of comfort. I haven't slept that well in 30 years! Thank you for the lovely room with nice patio/balcony to enjoy the rustling of leaves on the trees. The location to just walk at the port was pure delight.
Good
We love the king suite. Nice space and great view of the harbor. We have been traveling for two weeks and wanted a break. I made a mistake and doubled book us for the same night. The outstanding staff person, Paola, knew what I had to do to fix the problem and even checked that it had been fixed. We were looking for a break snd having a breakfast delivered in a basket was wonderful. Gave us a relaxing morning. Great restaurants around. Near the Everett Navy base our grandson is stationed at, he was away on his honeymoon.
Parking was a little hassle.
The hotel is very nice. We enjoyed our king suite and patio. The staff that helped us was outstanding. Paola helped me deal with my mistake of double booking the same night. She provided the information I needed to deal with the situation. Then checked to make sure the problem had been solved. We loved the basket breakfast delivered to the door. No getting up and dressed when you are trying to relax. Good location by Everett Navy base and marina. Wonderful restaurants.

the room itself was spacious, but overall, I was very disappointed, and would not stay there again
The rooms are not soundproof at all. We had to ask the staff to call the room upstairs because everything sounds like people stomping. We could also hear the people in the room next-door. The bed was extremely soft and gave me a back ache. The Hotel doesn’t have a bathroom in the lobby, which made it difficult when the bathroom in our room was occupied.
Rooms were clean and orderly though the layout of the room is a little odd The location is very good right up against the marina with immediate access to several places to eat
Only real complaint was the grizzled old battle ax of a woman at the front desk. She had a cane and was rude to us and rude rude to our other friends who were also staying at the hotel and to any other guest that I saw come up to the front desk while she was there customer service is a very hard thing to deal with, but when you're only setting is "cantankerous" perhaps it's not for you. The rest of the staff were very polite and accommodating
Very clean nice room
The breakfast was terrible. Pre wrapped in a basket. The order was wrong. I ordered for 2 there was enough for 1. I ordered for 9 am it was left at the door 8.30 am. They held $75 and said I would get it back at check out. They charged my card, still waiting for refund?
Close to water and restaurants
Had issues with fridge and remote. No restaurant or bar in building

A bit noisy being able to hear kids running in the hall above us, and heard the guy next door snoring all night. Not wild about the sliding barn door in bathroom. Wakes up spouse when you have to use the bathroom in the night.
