The breakfast and the breakfast staff were extremely disappointing. We have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns and this was the worst breakfast experience we ever had

So many great places to eat within walking distance as well as a short driving distance. Excellent location for the concert at the arena nearby.
I have nothing bad to say, except that there was no hand sanitizer or cleanser in gym which I think is necessary - and there was no hand sanitizer in the breakfast area and I had just come from the gym and I had to go to the front desk and they gave me their personal one. Kind of made me grossed out thinking of the people that came down that really should've washed their hands before touching everything.

Front desk was poker face. When I arrived I went to front desk and their looks were different like I felt almost they were going to ask me: What do you want?

Very clean lobby and room. Free all day coffee in the lobby that was very good. Free breakfast well stocked and had good offerings. Staff all very nice. Property and grounds well taken care of. Free parking and internet.
The only issue we had was the room, while very clean, was not well stocked. We had three adults and there were two towels and two washcloths. There were no sheets, pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. The shower was weird. No curtains, no sliding glass. Just literally one half glass wall so the water went everywhere. Also, the bathroom is extremely small and hard to get in and out of without standing in the shower space. Definitely not a good fit for a bigger person. But everything was clean and the housekeeper, who was lovely, provided more towels. I did also have to ask for pillows, sheets and blanket twice and was provided a pillow and two sheets. But with the Ariana Grande concerts in town I’m sure they were very busy.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and value for your money. The location to restaurants and Cleveland Clinic is a plus.
No hot water was replaced in the canister after breakfast time was finished. Two mornings I came down for tea and there was no water.....upsetting
