Great location but pricey!
Pros:

Great property and location.

Cons:

The night’s stay was a little pricey. They also warned $6 for regular sized Snickers bar. That’s a little crazy!

Clean, Quiet and convenient
Pros:

I traveled for medical reasons. The distance to the Cleveland Clinic was a huge factor for me. I also appreciate the shuttle service. Excellent service

Great Location, needs a few improvements
Pros:

To start the location is great. Can even walk to restaurants if you don't have a car. The room was standard for a Hampton Inn. There was plenty of storage for an average stay along with a mini refrigerator and microwave. The primary issue we had was a total lack of water pressure. It was hard to get your soap off in the shower or rinse the shampoo out of your hair. The elevators took about 10-15 minutes at 3 in the afternoon due to hotel employees using it to take carts, so they must not have a service elevator and they were always two carts to each elevator. I hadn't experienced that at other hotels.
