Disappointed
Pros:

Second time visiting, first time was perfect but second visit room, bed, towels were all dirty and improperly cleaned. Found bugs on bed.

Cons:

Visitors improperly parked which leads to no parking for other visitors.

Reviews are deceptively bad. It's just pretty average.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of outlets for charging/powering devices. Free breakfast was pretty decent. I was always able to get a good night's sleep without issue.

Cons:

Mostly minor complaints. Bed springs were a bit noisy. Walls are thin so I could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms (also made me feel like I had less privacy). The "fitness center" advertised on third-party sites wasn't up and running quite yet so I had to improvise a workout routine.

I'd stay here again.

Pros:

One positive-free parking!

Cons:

The place is old, you have to ask for a blow dryer, the tissue box was empty. It's a place to stay if you need a cheap rate for only one night.

It is conveniently located.

Cons:

It wasn’t clean. There was damage, including holes in the walls and bathroom door of our room. There was mold in the shower. There was mold on the bread provided for the included breakfast.

Pros:

I did not appreciate the receptionist who did not tell us anything about the breakfast and the hours and especially when he told me it was not his fault we did not know the hours for the breakfast because we should have asked.

Then why is there someone at the réception ? A clean lady is there to clean a room, à receptionist only has to give information and to be nice and polite which was not the case.

Hopefully the room was clean and nice but there was no conditionner at all.
