Purtroppo non c'era la disponibilità della navetta per il ritorno dello spettacolo del 10 settembre. Le brioches non davano la sensazione della completa freschezza.

Breakfast was Tasty and Hotel Interiors were Stylish
Pros:

The hotel lobby is very clean, stylish and airy. The reception staff are friendly. The beds are very comfortable. The complimentary shuttle to the center is an added and convenient service, when it is on time. The room was comfortable and large enough to hold our 3 large international suitcases. The breakfast offered a large variety of pastries and cakes of good taste and quality for those guests who needed variety from the every day unchanged hot courses.

Cons:

The complimentary shuttle on our last day of three days, came 30 minutes late to the evening pick up area and we were stuck waiting in heavy rain at a designated area on Via Pradavale with no shelter from the wind or the rain. The breakfast eggs tasted like they were powdered eggs and the artisan breads were very hard and chewey.

O hotel corresponde a um 4*, no que diz respeito aos quartos, pelo tamanho e conforto.

Cons:

Não gostei da desorganização durante o pequeno almoço. Quando entrei ainda faltava uma hora para terminar o período do pequeno almoço, mas a sala já estava bastante abandalhada. Comi numa mesa com loiça por arrumar, mais parecia estar num centro comercial sem mesas disponíveis, no entanto, em vez de apoiarem os clientes, já estavam a preparar as mesas para o almoço. Esta parte deixou-me muito desiludido, não é admissível num hotel deste nível. No checkout demorei muito tempo, pois estava um grande grupo que tinha chegado e deveriam ter acautelado reforço de pessoas para essa chegada em grande número.

Een prima hotel voor een kort verblijf om Verona te bekijken en bv de opera te bezoeken.
Pros:

Een mooi, comfortabel hotel met uitstekend personeel en een goed restaurant. Ook het ontbijt was prima. De shuttlebus maakt de matige locatie goed.

Cons:

De locatie is matig. Je kunt er een leuk stukje fietsen, maar de kwaliteit van de paden is slecht. Het centrum is ver weg, maar dat bezwaar wordt goedgemaakt door de shuttlebus die gasten in een kwartiertje naar het centrum brengt, ook voor concerten, en weer ophaalt. Het was wel jammer dat onze prachtige ‘regendouche’ het niet verder bracht dan een miezerig straaltje en de handdouche niet opgehangen kon worden.
