I was here for a funeral and the hotel was exactly what we needed! It was clean & the staff was very friendly!

Clean ,quiet, friendly
Cleanliness was just ok. My towels were clean but stained. Bed sheet was clean but extremely wrinkled like it was left in the dryer too long after drying. There were no drawers to put clothes in.
The manager was very nice. The room was clean but could have used a better box spring or mattress. It popped and made sounds a lot when I moved.
This place is great!!! I love stayong here. The staff is so friendly and nice. The rooms are perfect.
Pool not working
Location was perfect!
Was in town for a funeral. The staff was amazing and considerate and very accommodating. They even offered to carry our bags to our room due to there being no elevator, which we declined of course. Hotel was clean.

The bed makes horrible noises if you move at all, musty smell, and breakfast was not up to par ( begals were hard, door on fridge open so yogurt (etc) was room temperature).
They have bedbugs I had to move my room the other room had bedbugs, real bad worse experience ever
Not very welcoming at the desk. Couldn’t use the pool as “the cleaner hasn’t come “. Breakfast items limited and not as fresh as we’ve had at other Quality Inns.
I was just so tired from traveling when I got there. Staff was wonderful!! Gave me an upgraded room so I didn’t have to climb the stairs. Helped me move my stuff. Went above and beyond.

They have the most friendly manager I have ever met. She provided excellent service.
