Holliday inn is our favorite hotel network to stay and there is few reasons for that: cleanliness, breakfast and amenities. Not gonna mention personnel because they are always great.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
There are no complaints
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Everything was kept clean and in great shape. The location was perfect for everything we needed.
There was a big storm that knocked out the tv signal and keeping our kids entertained was rough as our one yr old was teething. Could use an updated microwave.
Hair in bathroom, floor was pretty dirty
Tv was not working. Staff said no type of reimbursement because it was booked through Booking
Near retail and restaurants
The second desk in the room was positioned with a lounge type chair and was hard to work at. Not comfortable.
Satellite was out during our stay, could only see 4 channels on TV. Very hot days and we were staying indoors most of our stay. TV would have been nice.

This hotel is lovely. All of the staff is extremely helpful and personable. A special shout out to Kimberly who went over and above to make sure our visit to the area was a good one. The hotel was clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfasts were filling and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.
