You get what you pay for-in need of serious deep cleaning

Cons:

The room appeared ‘clean’ at first glance however after less than 5 minutes in the room it was clear it was in need of serious deep cleaning. Greasy handprints all over the walls and various surfaces likely from a guests extra fun… gross! Chipped and dirty tub. Crumbs in corners/under desk. Room 107

The value and comfort by far exceed the payment glitch
Pros:

Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed and pillows very comfy

Cons:

I was billed twice for the room and security deposit and told I would have to wait 3-5 days for the credit to be returned to my card. Not cool
