Overall, an okay experience minus the bugs. The front desk was super nice and my room specifically was clean and bug-fre
Pros:

Breakfast options were good and it worked for getting an affordable hotel.

Cons:

My friends found multiple bugs in their rooms but luckily got a new room.

Great location and customer service but pay for parking???

Great location and customer service!! The hotel room is on par with what I have experienced at other Springhill suites. The TV was very old. My only issue was this property charged $3 plus tax for parking. I have never been charged for parking in any hotel property that was not in a Metropolitan area. To be honest, $3 is not a lot but it’s the principle of this considering this hotel is in a suburban area with neighboring businesses with plenty of parking. I think this additional revenue stream will likely turn off customers from returning to your property.

Traveling to the Edina, Eden Prarrie, or Bloomington Minn. ? This is a great place to rest and recharge.
Pros:

Great location, quiet, comfortable bed, good breakfasts and excellent staff.

Cons:

We had a problem with our first room. Front desk was efficient, professional and issue was resolved promptly.

Pros:

Would book again. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Only issue was in a handicap suite and there was not enough room to get to the bathroom due to furniture in the way. Nit enough space for a wheelchair to pass through. We were able to move the dresser, however it was still difficult to pass due to lack of space.

Pros:

Clean room, shops nearby, sofa bed could use a new mattress, it’s awful. Couch not very comfortable at all. Air works great! Front desk staff encountered were friendly, approachable and helpful!

Pros:

The hotel is in need up an update, especially the bathrooms, but otherwise was clean. The only big beef I have is the unmentioned $3 a night for parking that they are not up front with. It's only in the fine print but not included in the price when book the room. If you're going to charge more for those things, then be more transparent with it instead of hiding it in the sub menus and finding a new charge when I get home.
