Categories

Cleanliness
6.5
Mixed reports: one guest described rooms left unclean for two days while others called the property 'very clean' — inconsistency in housekeeping lowers this score.
Service
8
Mixed but generally positive: multiple comments praise friendly, humble staff and easy check-in, though there are notable lapses (missed housekeeping, limited outward friendliness).
Location
10
Consistently praised across reviews as ideal/perfect for needs, close to restaurants and shopping — standout strength for this property.
Room Quality
6.5
Mixed: some guests liked the room, but others reported issues with beds/pillows and an old/small in-room fridge, bringing down the room quality impression.
Amenities
7.5
Limited mention: in-room fridge noted as old/small (negative), otherwise standard amenities implied; overall slightly above average but room for improvement.
Value for Money
9.5
Explicitly mentioned as a pro ('value of a price'); guests feel they receive good value for the rate.
Food and Beverage
8
Mixed breakfast feedback: one negative comment about breakfast, another says the breakfast was really good — overall mildly positive.
Overall Experience
8
Assigned the target rating: reviews are overall mixed with strong positives (location, value, some friendly staff) and notable negatives (inconsistent housekeeping, some room issues).

We rplan to return on a regular basis to Eden Prairie and are actively seeking out other hotels
Pros:

Location was ideal to our needs

Cons:

Our room was not clean in two days- never was cleaned at all. We had to empty our own trash, make our own beds, ask for basic items such as towels- staff responded yet this is the first stay we have had where basic housecleaning was not provided

Pros:

The location was perfect based our business needs. Also, close to restaurants and shopping

Cons:

The staff was there in case I needed them. They did not stand out in an outgoing friendly way. For example, we were there for 5 days and I do not recall the staff greeting us aside from check-in or saying "Have a nice day" Not a criticism, Just an observation
