Comfort and convenient
Pros:

The greeting daily by the security at the main door and a friendly smile or chat.
Conveniently located near main roads, highways and airport.

Cons:

The USB charge was VERY slow 🐌
Electricity fault on the top floor. No notification of an electrical fault on 3rd floor before going up to the room. Had to call in to reception to find there was an issue.
