Il personale si è dimostrato poco accogliente e poco disponibile: abbiamo chiesto qualche suggerimento per la cena, ma non siamo riusciti ad avere alcuna indicazione utile.
Anche sul fronte dell'igiene e del comfort ci sono alcune criticità. Nel corridoio delle camere c’era un forte odore di fritto che è penetrato fin dentro la nostra stanza. È un vero peccato perché la camera in sé era molto carina, ma la pulizia del bagno non era idonea agli standard di un hotel a 4 stelle.

Le porte delle due stanze avevano problemi a chiudersi, bisognava insistere con il meccanismo di chiusura, quindi dovevamo prestare attenzione

Keep ID documentation on file … no need to photocopy for each visit. I almost lost mine due to mix up at desk . Reception reminded me that my ID was still at reception.
Supervriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt. Prima kamers, netjes en ruim!
Badkamers wel erg gedateerd, kon onderhoudsbeurt gebruiken en douche was echt aan de lage kant. Moest met mijn 187 cm gebogen staan.
