Comfortable, easy, safe and pleasant!
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and I had a great view over the harbour. Security at the front is always reassuring that safety is important for The Paxton. I'll be back...in Arnie's voice!

Cons:

On Tuesday here was no wooden stirrers for my coffee, but that was ok...

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, well worth the stay.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and even though i got my booking dates wrong they were very accommodating to that and found a way to accommodate me.

Super Hotel, perfekt für eine Nacht mit Abflug nächsten Tag! Man kann auch gut einen Tagesausflug zum Addo Elephant Park machen. Roomservice sehr schnell und lecker

Good location this hotel, south end opposite port. Walking distance to local shops
Pros:

Stay on 3rd level - seaview side. Ask for seaview! Stunning views of sunrise sunsets
- there is a gym right next door
- supermarket 5min walk and a laundromat to do your washing.
- chemist & Cafe Mugg & beans
Walk up there, sooo convenient!

Cons:

N/A - Nothing? Was sooo good for us for 2weeks.

Amazing overnight. Wished i was booked in for a week
Pros:

Booked for my mom as she flew in and with the flooding her family could get to the airport
Everything was perfect. From the check in to room service to check out was wonderful especially having to be in PE during the massive storm. She wanted to stay a few more nights because it was so amazing

Perfect overnight stay
Pros:

Nice, clean, comfortable and convenient hotel with all the amenities needed for a one night stay. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

When we first arrived the rooms were not 2x queen and sleeper couch rooms and the one room had a terrible smokey smell but the issue was resolved efficiently by the staff.

As ever comfortable and very very good value, but aircon noise spilt a good nights sleep
Pros:

The room and hotel as ever was spotless and everything worked. Any complaints I have do not really detract but are to make clients aware. I am a frequent hotel person due to work and I know what I like and dont like,

Cons:

The hotel is perfect in nearly every way, however, the old fashioned NOISEY aircons need to be replaced. The menu at the resteraunt is limited so I do ten to eat out when I stay there. These are not meant to put people off, but with all the money spent on revamping, attention really should have been taken to the aircons, in summer the noise of the constant on and off of the compressor would be unbearable, Time to upgrade.
