Pros:

I like the location and the breakfast I have been here multiple times

Cons:

The plumbing needs help the sinks, and the tubs back up. The hallway carpet is stained and the carpet needs swept. Vending machine worked once, then took my money. We requested trash service and no one ever came.

I really liked the central location of the hotel as well as free breakfast. The staff was polite and attentive to one

The property was located at a central location in that it was near to shops, restaurants etc.

Cons:

Humbly suggest that the property could acquire new carpets near the entrance leading up to the stairs , as well as install a fan or air conditioner in the pool room as it was hot while trying to sit near the pool area.

Great hotel
Pros:

Very nice room. Breakfast is awesome. So many choices. We stayed there on our way to Tennessee and decided to stay there on our way back home.

Always check your TVs
Pros:

The day staff were cery friendly. And accommodating for the first night.

Cons:

Upon checking in when to our room, the tv didnt work. The phone to call downstairs didnt work. Lights didnt turn on. When to the front desk. We were given another room, lights worked. Phone still didnt work, tv still didnt work. Figured it would come on later.

Next day, went and told the cery nice lady, switched us rooms again, perfect. Second room, no phone was working, neither was the TVs working again. Went and told the man when we figured it wasnt qorking again. Told us none of the TVs were working nothing could be done. However when i went to tell him about it, the people who were at the desk tvs were working. So the remainder of my three days were spend with no tv.

Next children were playing ding dong ditch at night time, so the quiet hours were not a thing here.

The pool was nice the one time that it was available.
