I was very disappointed
Pros:

L the room was not ready. Check-in was at three. I made it there at 4:50 and it still was not ready. One of the beds out of the two there was no sheets covers or pillows. The refrigerator was not cleaned out.

Cons:

The pricing could’ve been better. The service could’ve been better and a communication could’ve been better.3/10 being on top of the what’s needed. Also need more cleaning I’m overly disappointed in all

My stay at the Bay
Pros:

Location. Being right off of the expressway

Cons:

Didn't know what the clerk meant. (" if you mess up the sheets, you'll have to pay for them") something like that. I'm in a hotel and the sheets are surely getting messed up🤣. Not happy too see us at all . I assume that's why he was making us sign more papers than a lil bit🤣 quick lay, No stay😏 try smiling a little Dam the door security latch was worthless. It's appears at if someone tried to Jimmy the for door open. ( not on us)

This hotel is quiet and better than you think

Cons:

This is the first time I've ever complained, I've been here 4 times but this time the cleaning was half done. Open soap from a previous guest was in the shower, utensils sticking out under the fridge. I saw it so the person cleaning didn't...I was not comfortable about it at all. Told someone but sure I was just agreed with so I would go away
