Pros:

Son emplacement, chambre calme. Personnel à la réception serviable et aimable . Chambre calme en évitant tout le bruit de la rue étant donné que c’est très animé.

Cons:

La télévision qui est avec des abonnements, très difficile d’avoir un programme avec , même si le personnel essaie de résoudre le désagrément. La chambre pas très lumineuse il faut la lumière, mais peut-être que c’est dû à la situation. C’était pour m’éviter de faire 3 étages avec ma grande valise.

悪い部分が目立つクラシックな滞在
Pros:

ロケーション。近くにレストラン多数やコンビニがあり、朝も夜も食事や買い物には困らない。ケベックシティ中心部にも歩いて行ける。

Cons:

建物が1800年代ということで、エレベーターは無く、廊下もかなり音が響く。
床にチリやホコリが目立った。
切れている電球や通電していないコンセントが複数あり。
バスタブがとても滑りやすく、転倒して怪我をしてしまった。
バスルームの換気が悪く、窓を開けると直接外で人が立ち入れる場所だったため、セキュリティに不安を感じた。

短期滞在にはおすすめ。
Pros:

23時以降のチェックインは電話をかけるようにドアに張り紙があって、電話でキーボックスの番号を教えてくれて、無事に入室できました！電話対応がとても親切でした！
部屋は静かでした。

Cons:

冷蔵庫の音がうるさかったです。

Pros:

Hôtel bien placé et très calme.

Cons:

Pas d'ascenseur pour accéder aux étages. Robinetterie vétuste et fuyante. Pas de mitigeur. Oreillers peu nets ( cheveux) et couette tachée. Clim et frigidaire extrêmement bruyants. Le personnel d'accueil mériterait d'améliorer sa communication : aucune connaissance touristique et peu d'intérêt pour les clients..Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petits déjeuners proposés
