Good for night life
Pros:

Location, room was nice

Cons:

We had first room in the building off the street. We could hear the busy street noise but also every client coming in all night long

La chambre lit simple est un peu petite.
Mais c’est ok pour une ou deux nuits pour le prix

Cons:

La saleté du tapis dans les corridors ainsi que l’odeur de marijuana.

J'adore l'emplacement et l'accueil.
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait. On peut faire de belles marches et y a tout ce dont on a besoin café, restos etc.

Cons:

We cancelled our second night and as per their policy within a certain amount of time we could get a refund and it was not done. I’ve emailed the location and called and was not done.
The showers run boiling hot or freezing cold with barely any pressure.

adequate with a great location and friendly staff
Pros:

room was adequate. Nothing fancy but clean. Entrance of the hotel could use some work. gave Hostel vibes. we arent fussy but I am sure others would complain. did the job for one night

Cons:

no coffee in the morning, no breakfast, terrible parking

La proximité du vieux Québec et le rapport qualité/prix

Cons:

Le problème d’isolation entre les étages : bruit des douches et des pas au dessus d’une des chambres avec ces bruits qui ont durée très tard dans la nuit . Et surtout ne pas prendre la suite avec canapé convertible pour des adultes ( canapé très inconfortable )…

L'emplacement, la tranquillité, pas besoin de bouchons pour dormir.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas aimé le diffuseur d'odeur branché dans la chambre, l'odeur me donnait mal au coeur, je l'ai retiré, mais l'odeur a persisté jusqu'à la fin de mon séjour.

C’était propre mais part ca…

Cons:

Murs en carton.. stationner super loin parce qu’il n’y avait plus de stationnement de dispo…chambre laisser à 16 degrés, super froid…tasse à café qui débordent quand on se fait un café, tasse trop petites pour la machine..personnel pas très souriant.. 366$ la nuit, très bruyant, ça ne vaut pas le prix

Great location and economical. Staff was helpful. Our rooms were fair to good in comfort and condition given the very moderate price we paid

It's hard to keep floors clean with snow and ice but a bit more effort would be good. The common areas get quite dirty between cleanings.

Lovely room right on Grande allée
Pros:

Excellent location, nearby many sights plus restos. The room was lovely and had what we needed, clean and spacious.

Cons:

The hotel is on a busy street so I imagine in Summer it being noisier, but we were fine (in winter). The shower is not the best but it works.
