Pros:

L'emplacement, la tranquillité, pas besoin de bouchons pour dormir.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas aimé le diffuseur d'odeur branché dans la chambre, l'odeur me donnait mal au coeur, je l'ai retiré, mais l'odeur a persisté jusqu'à la fin de mon séjour.

C’était propre mais part ca…

Cons:

Murs en carton.. stationner super loin parce qu’il n’y avait plus de stationnement de dispo…chambre laisser à 16 degrés, super froid…tasse à café qui débordent quand on se fait un café, tasse trop petites pour la machine..personnel pas très souriant.. 366$ la nuit, très bruyant, ça ne vaut pas le prix

Great location and economical. Staff was helpful. Our rooms were fair to good in comfort and condition given the very moderate price we paid

Cons:

It's hard to keep floors clean with snow and ice but a bit more effort would be good. The common areas get quite dirty between cleanings.

Lovely room right on Grande allée
Pros:

Excellent location, nearby many sights plus restos. The room was lovely and had what we needed, clean and spacious.

Cons:

The hotel is on a busy street so I imagine in Summer it being noisier, but we were fine (in winter). The shower is not the best but it works.

Cons:

La chambre était sale. Le lit plein de cheveux et salle de bain mal propre aussi. Demander un remboursement et je n'ai rien reçu. Je du me trouver un chambre ailleurs.

Mitigée et frustrante avec un bébé
Pros:

L’emplacement était super car c’est entouré de plusieurs bars et restaurants.

Cons:

Le lit n’était pas confortable (2 matelas superposés). Il n’y avait pas de lit bébé et quand on a demandé à l’accueil la réponse était sèche. Après discussion, la personne nous a donné un lit parapluie sale avec un matelas très usé. Notre bébé n’a pas bien dormi.

Je n’ai pas aimé le fait qu’il n’y ai aucun membre du personnel en soirée et de nuit. Énormément de bruit par des fêtards dans le corridor de l’hôtel. Le lit n’était pas confortable et aucun téléphone dans la chambre.
