Eigentlich ein sehr schönes altes Haus in einer tollen Straße aber leider lange, der lange nicht mehr renoviert. Alle Möbel, Betten und Bäder sehr alt !!
Sehr schlechte Internet Verbindung..

Le personnel expéditif et non souriant. La chambre aurait eu besoin d'un coup de peinture, beaucoup de poussière sur les moulures et portes.

Pas d'ascenceur pour aller au 3e étage.

Stationnement difficile

Parking un peu cher, évier un peu bouché, propreté de certaines parties de salle de bain.... ça pourrait être mieux. Frigidaire moins bruillant, ça serait bien pour dormir.

Wasn’t clean. Uncomfortable mattresses. Dust was all around. Don’t know when they last cleaned their pillows.

- The room was dirty, smelled bad, and looked nothing like the advertised photos.
- There was mold pretty much everywhere, and it was clear that most of the items in the room had not been properly deep-cleaned in a very long time.
- The AC unit was haphazardly attached to the wall. It was loud, smelled bad, and barely managed to cool the room at all.
- The furniture was heavily worn and smelled faintly of alcohol and cigarettes.
- The employee, although friendly and seemingly trying his best, was not dressed appropriately for the job. He was wearing a dirty T-shirt with visible holes and was unable to resolve any of our issues.
- The mattress was incredibly old and creaked with every movement, as if the springs had not been replaced in decades.
- Parking behind the hotel costs €25 per day per car. Finding this out was unnecessarily complicated. When we tried to ask where exactly we needed to go, the hotel simply replied, “There are parking spots at the hotel.”
- After seeing the condition of the room, we immediately decided to leave and requested a refund. The hotel employee told us he was unable to issue one and that we needed to contact Booking.com. Booking.com failed to respond within the timeframe they had provided, eventually refunded us only for the second night, and attempted to deflect responsibility by stating that they were “only hosting the hotel listings and not responsible for the transactions or anything else.”

Bottom line:

Avoid this place. In my opinion, the experience was a complete scam. We ended up staying at a reaally nice "Bed and Breakfast" ;) for the same price per night.

Booking.com provided virtually no assistance throughout the process, and we had to repeatedly remind them to take action. When something goes wrong, they seem more interested in avoiding accountability than in helping their customers resolve the issue.

Le bruit de la tuyauterie et du réfrigérateur qui perturbent le sommeil. La chambre est vétuste et la salle de bain n’est pas en bon état (lunettes de toilette mal fixée, baignoire usée)

The glory days of this place have past and gone. It was ok. But the place shows its age. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. It was just old. Not old charm. Just old. Maybe it was just my room.
