Location was great!
Hotel was a little rundown and not very clean rooms. Pool area needed lots of cleaning also. Pool a little green.
The facility and staff were amazing and the beds and pillows were extra comfy. The pool and the restaurant were also awesome.
The entire hotel was uncomfortably hot. The room was also hot (79) when we got there and took until the middle of the night to reach 71 degrees. The plug in the shower stayed closed, so you had the reach down and let the water drain as it filled. The vending machine with drinks was turned off on floor 5, and we had to go to floor 2 to get drinks and the machine on floor 2 spit out drinks so fast my Monster drink busted and sprayed everywhere when it came out, so i had to pay for another one.
There was not much going on at this place. The staff were professional and accommodating. We stayed in this area because of some business that we had the following morning. The room was big and comfy.
The pool was lacking TLC and was the facility overall was a bit dated and rundown.

Everything was located in a different building. There was a horrible smell in the hallways of the guest quarters
the pillows were nice
the AC didn't work, the frig didn't work, none of the USB ports worked, the light next to the bed was hanging by a wire, there was no clock in the room, There were 6 floors to the hotel, the only ice machine that worked was on the 1st floor. The Elevator was dirty with huge stains on floor.
Everything was clean. No mold smell anywhere
$75 pet fee is excessive
Location is excellent, staff is very friendly. Spacious rooms. Nice architecture as it reflects Colonial style.

I didn't like that my search was for hotels with hot tubs and I booked for a room with the hot tub but this particular hotel only had one hotel room which was the presidential suite with a hot tub but other than that everything was five star
