Our room was horrible. We were put in a basement room because of our pet. The room also had an issue with a noise all night, like a pipe issue.
Staff all very friendly , but room not a Hilton standard.
I loved the historic architecture of this property. The staff was also amazing and very accommodating.
I loved everything about the property.
I liked that I was able to pick my room prior to arriving at the hotel.
We have been staying at the Tapestry for years - it’s our stop over to and from NY/SC. We’ve seen a decline in the upkeep of the hotel; issues like peeling paint, stained carpets, mildew smell. One of the rooms we stayed in did not have a headboard and the outlet on the night stand didn’t work. Both rooms on our recent stay had an oversized refrigerator that caused the cabinet to stay open. We overlooked these issues because the rooms are clean, comfortable beds and perfect location.
Very clean nice facilities
Breakfast was good but pricey 21$ per person
While hotel was hot in most common areas
It was quite.
Very clean and comfortable
Nothing
Beds, silence
Room was clean and bed was comfy.
Front desk staff was very slow and the whole layout of the property was very confusing, especially since we arrived almost midnight.
BED WAS COMFORTABLE
ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN
toilet did not work. the repair in the middle of the night did not work
Always quiet rooms and staff is very friendly .
Beautiful setting , easily accessible off I-95
Off exit
Breakfast staff were nice
Hard to find - many buildings not labeled - front desk person not helpful or interested in helping - breakfast in a different building- also hard to find the entrance or park nearby as it was a cold morning.
Some towels were dirty
Location
Too expensive for what they offer inside the suite.
Great breakfast and rooms have been updated. Common areas could be updated more (elevators need some significant updating). This property’s grounds are stunning. It would be nice if they would be better with digital keys. With a little TLC it will be worthy of five stars. Breakfast really is great and our son loved the space to run around. Will stay again.
