Cons:

En la habitación faltó algún detalle en los baños que otros hoteles hay pero en recepción se puede pedir sin problemas

Amabilidad, profesionalidad y limpieza.
Se nos olvidaron los bañadores en la habitación, nos pusimos en contacto con el hotel, al día siguiente nos llamó la gobernanta, se solucionó el problema rápidamente.

Cons:

Tratar de relajarse en una piscina, rodeado de niños menores de 8 años saltando, gritando, corriendo , salpicando agua,etc.. pero quizás sea la educación que les proporcionan sus padres " dejad de molestar, que hay más gente", los chavales, evidentemente ni puñetero caso.
Sería conveniente, según mi opinión, alguna percha o escaño, para poder dejar algo al entrar al agua.
Si le ponen un par de " chorros de spa" sobresaliente
