Kasa Niche Hotel Redwood City

My husband and I had a weekend getaway while the kids were with grandma. We got good sleep, the king bedroom was very cute. Small but all we needed to catch up on rest. The designers definitely maximized the space. The only thing is that you can def hear other guests in the units above you but if you already are used to apartment style living it's not a big deal, plus they give you earplugs. I slept just fine. The mattresses are more on the firm side but comfortable and clean. I loved the shower, it was nice and hot, spacious enough, and just overall aesthetically pleasing. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Highly enjoyed the remote self check in, you can also use your phone to unlock the door which is very convenient. Walkable to nearby restaurants and cafes. Easy street parking available and you can pay with your phone plus the meter parking is free on Sundays. I would definitely book again.

Perfect experience. The hotel, exceptionally clean. The location, booming with night life. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Second time staying at this location. Rooms have that new feel to them. Very clean and well kept. Communication for checking in and out is great.

Small hostel style rooms- decent decor, fresh interiors, very clean.

But to set expectations right: this is great when by yourself for business trips, or solo staycation. May not be a great option for family as walls are thin and not noise proof. You can hear neighbor running water.

I love proximity to lively restaurants- I can step out to grab a snack in evening - or explore food and dessert. I personally prefer this more for location and safety. Parking not included !!! I don’t rent a car so convenient for me for business visits. Priced okay, but high based on season.

Hotel isClean,the location is perfect great and it is quiet. Virtual support is very good. Will stay again.

I stayed there for a night but it is impotent to know that they are asking you to send them a picture of your ID and then they video tape your face. I believe that is illegal and government should stop them as they are foreigners and they are not able to speak English. Another thing is that they overcharge you while the place is not clean or quiet.

They are cheap hotel so you see low class people in there and it is in a very noisy neighborhood that you cannot sleep.

It's not worth it because with hotels that you see a lot of employees around you there might be still issues but in Kasa there is no one around to take care of the problem so it’s waste of time and money to go there. It is very low class that it should not call hotel.

The room was new, clean and quiet.
The location is close to many good restaurants.

Our stay was great. The building and staff amazing. I liked the atmosphere in the entrance area. The rooms have a unique set up.

Wonderful! The room is compact, but well laid out and very tidy! The property is spotless inside, not fancy, but tasteful and well maintained. There is a front desk assistant on duty, however, the virtual check-in process was seamless; the property provided all of the instructions to enter the building and my room in an easy to follow email. As an older, single traveler I really appreciated the simplicity. Complementary FIJI water in the room and an ample supply of Keurig K-cups, fridge, microwave and a safe for valuables. Amazing all this is provided at such a reasonable price! Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended

Parking is a pain. And since the two spaces in front of the hotel are not enforced, when it is busy it is impossible to park and get hold of anyone. Very poor at the beginning
