「駅近で静かに快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

仙台駅から徒歩でアクセスできる便利な立地で、大変助かりました。周辺は閑静な環境で夜も静かに過ごすことができ、ホテルではゆっくりと快適な時間を過ごせました。

Pros:

Have stayed at this hotel for last 10 summers and it does not disappoint!! The staff is excellent and was able to stay in one of the renovated rooms so was REALLY NICE!! The room was very clean and it was really quiet. GREAT HOTEL!!

Cons:

Maybe a little more variety for the breakfast.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Good shower and good thick towels. Very clean. Good bedding and soft pillows. Room with space to move around compared to some Japanese hotels .Good breakfast. Very nice staff. Excellent location near the train station. Full of restaurants around including at the train station, a lot of diversity.

Cons:

Not enough variety of fresh fruits for the breakfast. Coffee is just so,so. No real cappucino from the coffee maker...no froth at all.

駅に近くて便利でした

Cons:

ホテルなのかこちらのサイトなのか、あるいは自分の勘違いなのかわかりませんが、ツインで予約したのですが、チェックインの段階で違っていて、セミダブル位のベッドでした。他に空きは無いとの事で、妻をベッドに自分は床に寝る事になり、印象は最悪でした。こちらのサイトも含め多分次は無いと思います。

また利用したい。
Pros:

チェックイン時、禁煙のツインのベッドに変更していただき、嬉しかったです。洗面所が臭うホテルもあるのですが、臭う事もなく、夜も静かでした。ハンドタオルサイズのタオルもあり、便利でした。

スタッフが良かった。

Cons:

2つシングルを頼んでたはずが、ダブルで一部屋でビックリ。
ブッキングコムでは、そういったクレームが多いとのことで、わかりやすく表示されるといいですね。
