ホテルのスタッフの立ち居振る舞いや対応が皆非常に洗練されており、とても心地よく過ごすことができました。朝食の料理も充実しており、そして低価格でとても美味しかったです。
そして長期滞在だったので部屋が広くて助かりました。
浴槽がちょっと古いせいか、入っている時にギシギシいうのがとても気になりました。
設備は新しくはないが、清潔に保たれていて、とても快適に過ごせました。スタッフさんたちの接客も素晴らしく、また泊まりに来たいと思わせるホテルでした。

La colazione ha davvero poca scelta per noi europei.
チェックインもアウトもスムーズだった。対応も丁寧だった。部屋は臭いもなく清掃されていて、気持ちよかった。
初めて利用したため、部屋に入った時の明るさが薄暗く感じた。調べたら、そういう設定だとわかった。
もう少し明るさが欲しく思った。
シャワーの水圧、物足りなく感じたが、バス、トイレ共に清潔感があり、アメニティも必要最低限、困ることはなかった。
すべて施設が清潔だった。エレベーターホールに給水器があり、便利だった。
特に見当たらず。
フロアでスーツケースを広げる若い女性たちがいた。外国人か日本人かは不明だが、ああした光景は見たくない。ホテル側で注意しても良いのでは。
高校生の息子との二人旅。Booking.comでシングルベッド×２のツインルームで予約していたが入ってみるとダブルベッド×1。生憎満室との回答。ホテル側と交渉し二日目は部屋の移動ありの条件で家族向けの部屋にアップグレードしていただいた（この手違いについてBooking.comから回答が届いていないが）。コメント通り朝食バイキングは仙台名物の牛タンカレー、笹かまぼこあり、ずんだ餅あり、ANAのビーフコンソメスープあり美味しく楽しめた。部屋も奇麗だった。おすすめです。

仙台駅から少しわかりづらい
スタッフが親切で、遅いチェックインにも丁寧に応対してくれました。
中心部だから仕方ないですが、地方なので駐車料金¥1260が無料だと良かったかも。
整體住宿體感很不錯。
房間進入時沒有燈的開關有點可惜，夜晚回到房間時候要稍微注意一下腳步
1. 我們原本想再次預定東都會酒店，沒想到沒有房間了，因此改訂這裡。房間內部的空間上非常滿意，兩張床之外，把桌椅稍微挪開，可以並排攤開2個29吋的行李箱，適合離開日本前採買完要整理的旅客。
2. 有超大桌面可以置物，這點也很不錯。樓層就有飲水機跟製冰機！好讚！
3. 離仙台車站走路10分鐘內會到，沿途也會看到7-11和mini store，還算便利。
4. 在跟飯店櫃台溝通寄送行李的時間上遇到了小狀況，後續飯店非常積極的為我們處理，並且圓滿結束，飯店的危機處理應變佳，推薦！
1. 整體感受的到飯店有點年紀，浴室也比較簡易。
2. booking上面寫著「住客可使用飯店內的洗衣設施」但實際入住時，卻被告知沒有洗衣服務。附近倒是有洗衣店，礙於入住期間下雨，就沒有外出洗衣了，但這樣卻感覺有點標示不清？
