Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID.

Melhor opção para shows no Allianz
Pros:

Simplesmente a melhor opção para quando se vai em show no Allianz Park. Difícil de conseguir a reserva mas se conseguir, não vai se arrepender. Quarto limpo, grande, chuveiro ótimo, camas confortáveis. Amei e espero voltar mais vezes

Smutsiga lakan. Vi bad få byta rum. Även Oklart om det inte finns tvättrutiner på de tjockare täckena. Det tjocka täcket väldigt obekvämt och strävt. Och inte tillräckligt varmt. De hade även stängt av pool och utsiktsdelen vilket var det största anledningen för bokningen, det var väldigt dåligt. Hissarna är svåra att få. De har för få hissar för de 19 våningarna. Lite omodernt och slitet för priset. Värdeskåpet kändes väldigt lågbudget.

Foi muito boa e tranquila.
Pros:

O quarto que fiquei era bastante amplo e confortável. O café da manhã era bem servido.

Cons:

Nos horários de pico de movimentação de hospedes os elevadores não dão conta do fluxo, e o serviço de limpeza compete com a circulação dos hóspedes.

Estadia muito agradável!
Pros:

Café da manhã ótimo. Localização foi a melhor para o meu objetivo.

Cons:

Hotel estava lotado e não conseguíamos pegar o elevador para descer ao café da manhã. Tivemos que descer pelas escadas. Por estar lotado, também havia fila no café da manhã, apesar do local ser amplo. Entendi que o estacionamento estava incluído no preço, mas foi cobrado, apesar do valor ser baixo.

Super recomendo.
Pros:

Amei a localização em frente ao estádio onde veríamos um show. O recepcionista Thiago foi super educado e solícito nos dando todas as informações necessárias para que a estadia fosse tranquila. O café da manhã maravilhoso.

Localização perfeita para eventos no estádio do Palmeiras.
Pros:

Atendimento excelente, limpeza, proximidade ao Allianz Parque (Nubank Parque). O recepcionista foi muito gentil e permitiu acesso ao quarto antes do horário do check-in.

Cons:

Apenas os elevadores do hotel que são demorados e o colchão da cama que, para mim que prefiro colchão mais firme, é muito macio.

Gostamos muito da localização, atendimento top, tudo muito limpo e organizado no quarto.

Cons:

Única coisa que dá um pouquinho de trabalho mas é compreensível, é o elevador, que na maioria das vezes demora bastante ou está cheio, faz muitas paradas, porém entendemos que o hotel tem muito fluxo e nos horários de pico é assim mesmo.

No geral muito boa, mas pode melhorar

A localização excelente, equipe extremamente educada e prestativa, bom café da manhã e quarto grande

Eu achei um pouco barulhento, as janelas poderiam ter uma vedação maior, pelo tamanho do quarto o banheiro poderia ser maior, principalmente o box do chuveiro, como sou grande tive um pouco de dificuldade de entrar e sair
