I booked this hotel out of convenience forca volleyball tournament the next morning. Bad decision..!! It felt off the second we walked in and when I got to the room, I would have turned around and walked out if it weren't for my car being dead. The sides of the bed were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I'd never seen anything like it before. There was garbage left on the ground and hairc n the toilet, so I doubt the room really got cleaned at all. There were also employees screaming at eachother in a room near the lobby, which made us feel very unsafe. 0/10 would not recommend.
They are doing renovation but the place was great the rooms were really nice and clean. The customer service was great..
Hotel is a bit rough but ok. Needs a good deep clean. Appears family owned and are either doing renos themselves or hiring the cheapest workers. On outside noticed electrical to lone bulb that was not even close to code. Whoever painted my bathroom was either drunk or half blind...check out my pictures.
Awesome room and breakfast. Will definitely be back
They are remolding it right now about. Half done and it’s very nice. Up grade the gym. And this could really be a nice!!!! But very happy with our stay.
Unfortunately I chose the wrong hotel. This hotel is fine for a single man or group of men, but it is not comfortable for a woman traveling alone or with another female, nor would I stay there with young children. I have stayed comfortably in La Quinta hotels up and down I-5, so chose this hotel due to price and the advertised indoor pool and hot tub. Once I checked in I became less and less comfortable. The carpets were eye jarring, the luggage trolley truly filthy, the pool was cloudy and looked unsafe, when I questioned the one and only employee that seemed to be on the property, they said it's checked on Monday (my stay was Sat.), the hot tub was clean but the jets were explosive fountains of water, pool towels were not restocked and available. smell of room deoderizer or cleaning liquids was was so overwhelming you could taste it, the card keys, I was warned at check in "weren't easy to use, so just keep trying", at times taking me 10 or more tries to unlock my door. Opening my window to clear out the heavy smell was no help as the back up beeping and jake-breaking of the semis at the huge truck stop across the street made relaxing difficult. Common areas like the pool and pop machine room had insufficient lighting. Outside back and side doors were left propped open reducing the feeling of security and the front desk was not continually manned, but had a bell where one had to wait till the one employee showed up. I was glad to leave.
Staff refused to let me check in with third party and requested I cancel and rebook with hotel at check in, then advised me there would be additional rules not listed and I was not allowed to have guests at all. Visiting from out of town to see family and planned to have my daughter stop by to visit , not stay. Horrible service and asked why I was even booking the room and requested additional deposit . This is my first time traveling alone and last time booking there . I worry about booking with third party now without verifying I can check in from this point forward.

Air conditioner made a horrible noise all night, no matter if it was on or not
This hotel is just okay it works in a pinch. The staff is hardly ever there at the front desk. We need to some laundry and the washers never worked and the lady refused to give our money back for the washer. The food court was dirty no one would keep it clean the carpets were dirty. So if you were wondering if I'm coming back to stay here again the answer is no.
The front desk attendant at the evening shift (around 7:30 pm on September 26) was extremely rude about checking us in, saying he couldn’t check me in without a credit card and id of my boss (who reserved the room) who wasn’t anywhere in the state (we drove from Colorado) even tho the online check in was already completed. Instead of offering to do the credit card authorization or offering orher solutions, i was told i couldn’t check in. When i let a curse word slip (i was tired and cranky i admit but it was not directed at him) i was refused service and my reservation was cancelled. Worst experience at a laquinta
We did not stay here. It was old, tired and not in a safe location!
Clean room and friendly staff
Pool hot tub pet friendly
Staff was good but owner (Indian lady) was nota nice or professional person.
Tv counter and night stand were dusty, I like the pool
Toilet didn't flush well. Furniture scratches and nicks. Staff not available unless you ring for service, then they barely speak English. Andare dtessed in street clothes, not business. Paint scratches on the walls. Pillows lumpy and knotted like they washed down! Not impressive, and i usually love LaQuinta. Maybe these are new ownets, i see remodeling going on, bit they could be around and more accommodating!!
There was a BBQ party in the parking lot, people smoking in the hallways and homeless guy digging thru the trashes.
The rooms all have a smell to them that is not pleasant. Some stronger than others. Wait time for an individual to check in was quite long but once they arrived they were very kind and helpful. Good option for a quick stay near the freeway.
The room was clean and bed comfortable. Just what we needed for a one night stay. The breakfast was not that great..
