Ants in room. Don't stay

Bed was comfortable. Room appeared clean. Check in staff was friendly and fast.

Cons:

We had ants in the room after eating breakfast. They were all over the desk and wall. When we checked out, i let the receptionist at the front desk know and she was extremely sorry for that. When the manager came out, she went on how they were probably coming from the window. Didnt really seem to bother her. I figured they would have given a small refund back due to this, but didnt even offer. No hot water at 8 pm when wanting to take a shower. Had to wait until next day to take shower. Pool was not open, but when we went online and booked room, nothing was said about that. Breakfast sucked.

I could have had a better experience for half the price at the Super 8, which is incredibly sad.
Pros:

Food was standard.

Cons:

The pool was closed.
Ran the shower for 10 minutes and it never warmed up, so no hot water.
Ants got into my food and I had to throw away everything I brought with me for my trip.
I notified staff and they offered no consolation.

Although it was very humid when we stayed, the building smelled of mold. Additionally, we had a faulty AC unit that was miserable to listen to.
