Cons:
Inconsistent breakfast quality (thin coffee, bland eggs, poor sausage)

Categories

Cleanliness
7.6
Many guests explicitly praised clean rooms and bathrooms, but there are several notable negatives (reported bedbugs, a room that smelled like weed, unclean pillows, and at least one room with garbage left), so overall cleanliness is mixed.
Service
9
Numerous comments describe staff as excellent, professional, courteous and friendly; a few incidents (front desk refusal on accessible room, late-night key problems) reduced what would otherwise be near-perfect service scores.
Location
9
Location is repeatedly praised as close to shopping and dining, quiet and convenient with ample parking; one comment noted it is slightly outside but still quiet.
Room Quality
8
Guests often found rooms comfortable and tidy with good beds, but there are issues cited (no refrigerator in some rooms, noisy AC, small rooms, accessibility problems with tub/shower, occasional unemptied garbage and missing amenities) that moderate the score.
Amenities
8
Positive notes on ice machines, small in-room refrigerators and microwaves, and provided toiletries; criticisms include limited vending options, lacking towel hooks and mixed impressions of breakfast/food service.
Value for Money
8.6
Several guests explicitly called it good value and said they'd return; given generally positive location, cleanliness (with exceptions) and service, value is rated above average.
Food and Beverage
7.4
Food and breakfast receive mixed-to-negative mentions: some guests enjoyed the selection, but multiple reports criticize the quality (thin coffee, bland eggs, poor sausage) and overall breakfast experience.
Overall Experience
8
Many guests describe an enjoyable, quiet stay and praise professionalism of staff, with several saying they'd stay again; however significant negative incidents (bedbugs, accessibility and late-night key/room problems) pull the overall impression down slightly.

Accessible Rooms
Pros:

It was quiet

Cons:

I had booked through a third party and while booking I had checked accessible room, when I got to the hotel I asked the clerk if the room was accessible she said NO! I asked if they had an accessible room she said yes, I asked if we could switch she said NO, you booked through a third party so you have what you have. My husband has Parkinson's and has difficulty walking and uses a cane, she said it's on the third floor and there is an elevator. He couldn't use the shower because it was in the tub which he couldn't step over and was very slippery, and the toilet was so close to the ground he had to have help standing because there were no safety bars.

Clean room and building. Nice breakfast. Close to stores and restaurants for shopping if desired. Small room refrigerator appreciated. The inside cabinet small microwave is also a nice feature. Very much like the bathing liquid body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided.

Wall hooks for hand and shower towels lacking.
