Convenient location in the heart of residential west side of Saginaw. Friendly and kind staff and easy check-in process.
The AC setup in the room was pretty rough and the room got warmer than I’d like. The lobby was interesting but felt a bit dingy. Desk position in the room was bad and hard to use while working remotely.
The suite was spacious. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The staff was friendly. The price was good for a suite. We would stay again if we needed the space.
Some of the carpet was sticky. The pull out couch was horrible and extremely uncomfortable and full of stains. It was very outdated. Some of thr lights were broke.
Towels had holes in them. I was told that i could not get a receipt at checkout. They said I would get an email. So far, no email has appeared.
The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the price is reasonable. This is an old building with beautiful interior woodwork but really needs updating.
The interior needs updates throughout, having a hot tub would have been really nice. It felt like the place was being run on a shoe string budget.
Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful.
The lobby and hallways had no AC was very hot.
Warm inviting atmosphere. Attentive staff, older cozier vibe. Rooms were clean, clean sheets and towels, great storage. Parking lot was clean and well lit, and lots of access points throughout the building for easy access to the outside and vehicle.

The sheets looked clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Stayed here many years ago. It was fantastic. Now it is a run down facility with dirty carpet and people hanging out in the parking lot. Worth no more than $50, if that.
The size of the room was great; just so very outdated which then also means there are going to be cleanliness issues with, for example, carpet that is that old.
This hotel is so very dated/ neglected. Rates do not match the overall state of the facilities.
Room was okay. Staff closed breakfast early. No morning coffee!
The neighborhood was not great and the building was a bit strange (empty hall at the front with an unused entrance). But, the hotel was close to our destination, so convenient.
The room had a translucent window onto the hall, but no window to outside that we could open. As a result the room had a stuffy stale smell.

The beds were uncomfortable, the breakfast was undesirable and the location wasn’t near any restaurants.
