Clean and great location!
Pros:

The property was also quiet and conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool or breakfast, but overall it’s a great option when you just want a smooth, no-stress overnight stay.

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

I am a Hilton Diamond Member which means that I stay at many hotels. I come back to the Homewood Suites in Bonita Springs every year.
Why?
It is clean and well run.
The rooms are spacious and with a full kitchen
The beds are very comfortable.
The included breakfast is hot and delicious.
Conveniently located. Short drive to Coconut mall and to beaches.
Friendly knowledgeable staff.
Good housekeeping.
Thanks to Mike and Jenn.
We will be back.

La ubicación estaba ok. No fantástica. Pero correcta. Las habitaciones tienen un tamaño prudente.

Cons:

Es todo bastante viejo, un hotel estéticamente feo. Es extraña la distribución de la habitación con 3 materiales diferentes en el suelo. Por un lado la cocina con Parquet, la zona de la cama con alfombra y el baño con porcelanato. Todo unido y a la vista al mismo tiempo es bastante poco agradable. El aire acondicionado suena fuerte. Muy poco cuidado en que sea un lugar acogedor y bonito Y pagamos 400 dólares diarios. No es poco para tanto descuido y falta de elegancia. Muy corriente todo.

Pros:

Well located and well managed. Staff wants to make you happy. Sparkling clean common areas and (popular) heated pool. Very nice workout area. Well maintained bbqs for guest use. Rooms have all the basics and the a/c worked well. Laundry. Pet friendly. Kiosk for what you forgot, dollar store and major supermarket across the street. Popular with midwesteners escaping the cold.
Shout out to the gals who run the bfst buffet! Thank you to Jennifer for getting my room request just right, and to Brandon for miles of smiles.
Priced on the high side in an area where ample options are available, look for discounts online.

Clean and quiet room
Pros:

Room was very clean and quiet. Location is affordable and about 20 minutes from beach. Breakfast was good. Staff was welcoming and professional. There is some wear and tear around the hotel, such as the elevators, and bathroom is beginning to show its age; this is why I gave it only a four star rating.

Good, restful place to stay
Pros:

Making the reservation was easy, the front desk folks were extremely helpful and accommodating. When the heat/AC was not working in our room, they immediately put us in another room, without any issues. When I attempted to extend our stay, I accidentally made the reservation for a day later than needed. The ladies at the front desk went out of their way to help and correct this issue, as I made the reservation through a third party who was NOT very helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok, tasty, but not hot. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The location outweighs the issues with the pool towels and the limited breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel staff were excellent—polite, friendly, and always helpful. The location was unbeatable. There was a Publix right next to the hotel, within walking distance, as well as a Dollar Tree. The hotel also offers free parking.

Cons:

If I have to mention something I didn’t like, just to be honest and to point out an area for improvement, it would be the pool towels. They were extremely small and felt more like kitchen towels than proper pool towels.

As for breakfast, it was fine for me overall, but it felt a bit limited. Perhaps offering plain (Greek-style) yogurt in a larger container so guests can serve themselves, or adding some chocolate options, would improve it. At times, it also seemed like leftovers were reused—for example, the minced beef appeared to be turned into hamburgers the following day, and the one day round potatoes were served, they looked like they might have been made from leftovers from the previous day.
