il parcheggio non è facilissimo, serve fortuna e trovare posto nel piccolo parcheggio interno, camera pulita e letto confortevole, alcuni servizi per un hotel da 4 stelle non li ho trovati proprio all altezza della situazione ( non entro nei dettagli ) ma nel complesso il soggiorno è scorso bene

Si può fare di piu, una cimice morta in bagno, hotel datato che necessita un ammodernamento, colazione essenziale

Abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel La Rocca per una sola notte, per motivi di lavoro.
Il personale è stato cordiale, il check in veloce.
La camera aveva un arredamento molto datato ma era molto pulita. Buona la colazione con disponibilità di prodotti freschi e dolci fatti in casa.
Ottima la posizione a pochi passi dal centro dove ci sono negozi, bar, ristoranti e gelaterie con affaccio sulla grande piazza principale.

We arrived on an evening flight to Bologna. To Maranello on Saturday. The hotel was in a good location and met expectations, not new but functional. The shower water was a bit challenging, but with the adjustment, warm water was found. On Saturday, there was a pleasant country market directly in front of the hotel. Everything worked well enough for us.

We booked 10 rooms as a group and stayed there for 3 nights. We enjoyed our time there and liked it very much. It’s about 30 mins drive from the center Bologna, and it’s quiet but with a lot going on and especially the Saturday morning market was so much fun! The staff are professional and friendly, good breakfast and dinner. The only thing is since it’s a pretty old hotel, you need to be careful with the furnitures and facilities just not to damage anything. I think we will choose it again if we go back to the Bologna area.

The hotel was generally OK, rooms OK. However, breakfast was terrible, not much to choose from and the quality of items was very low.

Struttura troppo rumorosa

Older dated facilities and rooms. Need renovations as they’re stuck in 90’s style. Lobby area and couches are super old.

Trascorsa una notte per lavoro, in una struttura attempata. Appena sufficiente la colazione, causa prodotti di qualità medio bassa.
Nel complesso, decisamente da migliorare.

Very nice typical ”old school “ hotel. Friendly staff, but they could use a new “chef. Kitchen was way below the other standards of this hotel. Staff tried to compensate the best they could.

This is far away from 4 star hotel...
Room full of dust and moscitos, smell, no words, disaster.
Shower not working and shower tray was dangerously broken....can cut yourself.
Toilet.... no words
The hotel needs complete renovation soon, becouse is really not good
Beside that is verry expencive.

This is quite an old fashioned hotel, in a very good way - like the hotels your parents couldn't afford to bring you to when you were a child, if you are a middle-class European. This should be a big plus to many guests, it certainly was to me. I travel a lot these days, stay in a lot of hotels and generally view them with a deeply jaded eye, it's refreshing to find one's cynicism confounded once in a while.

My wife and I managed to get ourselves stranded in Bologna, after the last public transport connection to our distant residence in the mountains had been missed. We booked a suite at the last moment, it was very good value, the receptionist spoke English very well and we were treated with courtesy and respect throughout - even though we must have looked like a couple of derelicts after a day walking around in the heat. The bed was comfortable and, although the USB charger took a bit of finding (on the TV) it was definitely there. The water was hot and the whole place was sparkling clean. The old fashioned air conditioning worked, properly, which is unhappily not always the case these days.

The breakfast was excellent too. We were called a taxi and went on our way well satisfied.

If you're looking for something up to the moment and cutting edge, this is not for you. To me and people like me, it is a breath from an older, better time - shining like a good deed in a naughty world. For the avoidance of doubt, I liked it.

Certainly not a 4* hotel. Very outdated. Hard beds, towels thin and stiff, but the worst thing is the air con doesn’t work properly. We spent 2 nights and the room was unbearably hot. Close to centre though, and the staff were very helpful. But never again!
