es un muy lindo hotel pero no esta en su maximo potencial, podria estar mucho mejor
Pros:

El desayuno si es de un hotel de 5 estrellas, el personal es MUY amable, lo que les preguntes te lo saben responder con solidez, las habitaciones estaban buenas pero no eran de un 5 estrellas, podria haber un smartTV en lugar de televisores que no funcionan todos los canales. El trasporte publico te deja en la puerta del hotel.

Cons:

La parte de la pileta climatazada es vieja y no esta en el mejor de los estados, el sauna humedo no funcionaba y la ducha escocesa tampoco, la parte de juegos (mesa de ping pong, metegol y pool) es viejo y esta en mal estado.

宿泊した部屋がたまたま悪かったのだとは思いますが残念です。
Pros:

夕飯をレストランで食べましたが、美味しかったです。
スタッフの対応もよかったです。

Cons:

道路側の部屋でしたが、車の走行音がうるさいと思ったら窓枠と窓がずれていて開いている状態でした。枠がずれているので閉めることもできませんでした。
バスルームの電気が途中で切れてしまい、暗い状態でドアを開けて利用しました。夜遅かったので（翌日も早く起きなくてはいけなかったので）連絡している時間がもったいなくそのままにしました。
寒かったので毛布を出しましたが、髪の毛の束が落ちてきてちょっと気持ち悪かったです。

LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL. SUPIERON RESOLVER RAPIDO. MUY AMABLES.

Cons:

NO ES UN 5 ESTRELLAS, ESTA LEJOS DE SERLO, LAS HABITACIONES SON VIEJAS, LOS BAÑOS TAMBIEN. MUCHO OLOR A HUMEDAD Y NO ESTAN REMODELADAS COMO MUESTRAN EN LAS FOTOS. LA COMIDA BUFET Y EL DESAYUNO NO ES BUENO. EL LOBY DEL HOTEL ES VIEJO Y LOS TAPIZADOS DE LOS SILLONES ESTAN ROTOS, NO FUNCIONABA EL ASENSOR. LOS PASTOS ALTOS EN LOS PATIOS INTERNOS Y EN EL SECTOR DE LA PILETA. LE FALTA MUCHO MANTENIMIENTO.

Pros:

Nice facilities however the building and infrastructure in general in bad state, rundown, falling apart, it seemed the building was not maintained in years.
Location was good, close by to town and to the water falls.

Cons:

The Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful however the people working at the restaurant were rude, not helpful, unfriendly. We didn't enjoy having dinners there at all.
Food from the menu (half board) not tasty, not good quality products. Even the tomato sauce from the pasta tasted like metal canned sauce.
Rooms were okish, old facilities, mattresses out of shape.
