Pros:

Nice facilities however the building and infrastructure in general in bad state, rundown, falling apart, it seemed the building was not maintained in years.
Location was good, close by to town and to the water falls.

Cons:

The Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful however the people working at the restaurant were rude, not helpful, unfriendly. We didn't enjoy having dinners there at all.
Food from the menu (half board) not tasty, not good quality products. Even the tomato sauce from the pasta tasted like metal canned sauce.
Rooms were okish, old facilities, mattresses out of shape.

standar, En brasil por ese costo la calidad es mejor.
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bien. por suerte no contrate cenas porque una noche comi en el hotel y en nivel es medio hacia abajo. A nivel internacional un 5 estrellas tiene mejor calidad

La pileta al aire libre y la ubicación. Desayuno bueno aunque repetitivo y precios restaurant accesibles

No es un 5 * ni por casualidad, muy abandonado. Mucho olor a porcino en pasillos alfombras sucias, sea super mugriento, pileta climatizada había q rogar q encendieran climatización. Es un 3 * con buenas cosas como canchas tenis, hermosa pileta enorme con cascada, pero todo desmantenido. Una pena porq sería un super hotel. Está bien ubicado como.para moverse con transporte público y sinó remiseros te llevan por casi mismo precio. Un mozo flaco muy mala onda y otro buenito.
