Very Pleasant Stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a very nice area. The staff are all very helpful and attentive. The lobby, pool area and landscaping are gorgeous. The executive suites are clean and well appointed. The food at the café is good to very good. The parking is convenient.

Cons:

The executive suite rooms have lots of stairs to navigate, although the waterfalls, landscaping a nd koi pond make it pleasant. The decorating is plain and sterile. The safe in our room didn't work. They tried to fix it but it needs to be replaced. They had no replacements.
The converter on the tub/shower was stuck so only the shower was available. I didn't report it because it looked like an involved fix. The parking is secure and on the property but costs $55 a day + tax. The food in the Cafe is overly expensive.

Staff were all amazing especially
Hector who was always smiling and polite and lily who cleaned our room.
Facilities are amazing and this hotel is ideally located to explore LA. Highly recommended 👌

Good location with a nice pool.
Pros:

The location was good and it had a good pool

Cons:

The hotel placed us in an old part of the building, and the furnishings in the room were not up to par. It felt old and simply underwhelming.
