Cons:

Mauvaise isolation de la chambre avec l’étage du dessus (nous entendions les autres clients marchaient avec leurs chaussures)

Luxe in Beverly Hills
Pros:

We have come over the years many times at this property while our daughter was attending UCLA. It is a nice location, excellent amenities, and nice ambiance.

Cons:

The garden suite had a few stairs which was ok for a short stay and light luggage.

Great hotel!
Pros:

The property was lovely we stayed during April, clean and the staff were lovely. The hotel itself was very nice, the room was upkept well and the aircon worked perfectly

Cons:

Not necessarily the property itself but if you haven’t been to LA before, the distance between the hotel and major landmarks was not really walkable, you will definitely need a way of transport. Also quite inaccessible to public transport. However this is not exclusive to the hotel, this is everywhere in LA.

Large, comfortable, and clean room, beautiful landscaping, and amazing staff.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Carlos, Sam, and the rest of the crew were extremely helpful and resolved issues quickly and effectively. They were kind and caring and truly made our stay exceptional. The room was large, well appointed, and very clean. If we come back to LA, I would love to stay at this property again.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in einem Spitzenhotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt! Zur einen Seite liegt ein wunderschönes Wohngebiet, wo man abends gut zum Westfield Center laufen konnte. Wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Besonders hat uns der heiße Whirlpool gefallen und dass dieser bis 9:00 Uhr abends nutzbar war! Zudem war das Zimmer riesengroß, und der Service war super nett!
