Four nights at the Kress Inn
Pros:

The spacious room and bathroom arrangement with 2 sink vanities. I liked the operable windows for night time sleeping.The breakfast bar had many options.The internet was fast. Good water pressure, and shower head height for tall people.

Cons:

I expected central heat /ac and not the noisy wall blower unit right next to the bed. We didn't use the fireplace or bathtub. I wish they had better coffee at the breakfast bar, and REAL HALF & HALF instead of that processed stuff, considering it's America's Dairyland. There was an upholstered couch in our unit, but sitting on it felt like it was sticky plastic. On the last night of our 4 night stay, there was a heavy footed guest in the unit above ours that walked around quite a bit, a couple of times in the middle of the night that woke us up.

Malgré une demande au lobby a mi séjour. Étant en rupture de shampoing, j’ai dû demander pour la dernière nuit le nécessaire. Pas très sérieux comme établissement !

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

I stayed here many times while taking care of a loved one in the area, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to retreat to each evening. The rooms were impeccably clean and had a wonderful charm to them—being able to actually open the windows for fresh air made such a difference and made the space feel so comfortable. Above all, the staff was extraordinary. They were exceptionally thoughtful, kind, and helpful throughout my extended stay. Their genuine warmth and care meant so much during a challenging time. I highly recommend staying here!

A wonderful gem in Wisconsin
Pros:

The atmosphere at the hotel was amazing. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. During the week at 5pm the staff put out cheese, biscuits and wine to welcome their visitors. This is such a warm and friendly thing to do. The hotel believes in extending hospitality to visitors and they show it in all they do. Breakfast was superb!

Our stay was very relaxing and comfortale.
Pros:

we loved the warm homelike feeling this inn provides. The breakfast options included cold, hot and make yourself waffles, which were great! The room was so comfortable and complete with the area to work at the desk.

As a senior single traveler I felt safe, comfortable and well served at reception.
Pros:

It was easy to adjust the temperature in my room. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The room and adjacent hallway and rooms were nice and quiet.

Cons:

I don't remember if room service was an option but if it was next time I will use it. I can't think of anything I didn't like.
