Pros:

The location was ideal for our weekend.

Cons:

The beds were rock hard. The outlets couldn't hold a plug for my charger unless I rammed a table up to it.

I have seen such rooms in big bend for hikers who can just come, sleep and go.
Pros:

Frond deck Staff

Cons:

Room is very pretty old. Bathroom is small. My wash basin pipe was broken but they give me another room, thank for the front desk rep. Too costly for the price for me at that time.

Ask for Tracey!
Pros:

I'm currently having a very pleasant stay at SureStay in Olathe. A very helpful receptionist named Tracey helped me get situated and had breakfast ready. She was very helpful and check in was easy. As for Tracey when you come here and I'm sure you're stay will be as good as mine, if not better.

Adequate. Nothing made it stand out. Overpriced.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, and the dining room was nice.

Cons:

The room smelled stale. Property appeared old. Stairs were rusted.

Clean room but odd doors
Pros:

The place was clean. The room was bigger than I was expecting.

Cons:

When I received my key cards, they weren't active at first. I had to go back to the front desk to get them activated where I was told the door may show the red/green lights but to push hard, which I thought was weird and unsafe. The key cards worked after getting a new set with only the green light though. The bathroom door didn't lock or latch closed.

Stay was quiet and good
Pros:

Breakfast was okay

Cons:

Two nights were booked initially but I end up staying 1 night and booking.com don’t want to refund me the balance. I am highly disappointed in booking.com since all your commercials are fake.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Pool would have been nice. Bathtubs really need safety handles. I'm in my late 60's and would have felt safer with handles in the shower.

Just like suggested, they might have simple plastic bags for dirty clothes or something we need. Need Better toilet paper, and have a Bible in the room as majority of hotels around USA

It was nice enough.
Pros:

Location was near funeral home we came up for. Well lit parking lot & handy parking by our room. Appreciated it was a smoking room.

Cons:

Comfortable chairs would have been very nice, but not.
Breakfast is served too early for us!
No phone or clock.
