Great location for early airport flights and a nice room. Shabby lobby and entrance.
Pros:

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was fine.

Cons:

The Drive up area was totally blocked by people and vehicles -- they just don't have enough room there. The lobby and entrance was shabby. Since they only had a couple options for food, after checking in and going to our room, we walked next door to the Marriott which has a really nice restaurant and had a nice dinner.

Shuttle service was great. Enjoyed the lounge. Very convenient location for JFK Airport. Rooms are a little dated.

It was OK, not great.
Pros:

The receptionists were very friendly. They greeted customers with a smile and were very polite.

Cons:

I stayed two nights; nobody came to my room to change the towels or empty the trash buckets at least. The customers may have some trash, for example empty pizza boxes, so room has to rechecked each day unless the customers put the do not disturb sign.
The bus shuttle doesn't bring people to the terminal they need. People may have heavy bags and it's not always convenient to use the airport train to get to the right terminal.

Pros:

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back was a fantastic service. Also, the room I was placed in had a leak and the staff was helpful in giving me another room!

Cons:

Shower hot water was limited and the pressure was not constant.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner, la possibilité de garder les sacs, et la disposition du café, chocolat chaud

Cons:

La navette devrait etre toutes les 30 minutes. Et nous avons appeller plusieurs fois le numero sans réponse, et même une fois ou la réponse de l'accueil était il arrive dans 20 minutes et 20 minutes après toujours pas de navette.

A very disappointing experience.
Pros:

There was nothing to like except that the rooms are big and the beds are ok.

Cons:

It’s old without having been much renovated in a very crummy neighbourhood. The reception is very small with only one person checking people in so there was a line. The breakfast was served in very ugly and small room.

a good choice for a one night stay while awaiting the connecting flights
