A perfect stay with outstanding hospitality, excellent breakfast, and an ideal location in the heart of Madrid.
Pros:

Everything was excellent! The hotel is located in a lively and beautiful area of Madrid with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and easy access to the city’s attractions. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were comfortable, and every member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. We truly felt valued as guests throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The attention to detail and the exceptional hospitality made our experience unforgettable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.

Camera mare, cu spațiu generos de depozitare, curățenie în tot hotelul, micul dejun bun dar nu excepțional.

Cons:

Exista apă și cafea în hol (disponibilă tot timpul) dar doamna/domnisoara de la recepție nu s-a deranjat să ne spună. Chiar ar fi prins bine să știm acest lucru la sosire, nu să constatăm acest lucru singuri după 2 zile.
Faptul că parcarea este cu plată, chiar dacă este la distanță considerabilă față de centru. În plus, când am facut rezervarea, parcare nu se plătea (motiv pentru care am și rezervat la ei). Între timp au schimbat. Dacă stiam, rezervam în altă parte.
Mobilierul vechi, covorul uzat de la intrare, geamurile nespălate pe exterior și atitudinea acra a receptionerei care era de serviciu când am sosit, au dat un aer foarte neplăcut hotelului.
În rewiurile altor turiști se vorbește despre un centru comercial în zona și locuri de luat masa. Nu ai ce cumpara de acolo și nici locurile de luat masa nu sunt de încredere, nimeni nu mânca la acel centru comercial (unde era un aer cald și predomină un miros imbacsit). Pare ceva abandonat. În restaurantele din zonă prețurile sunt la fel sau mai mari decât în centru, unde măcar ai de unde alege.
