Creo que es un Hotel que esta envejeciendo y tiene defectos tan graves y 4 estrellas sin restaurante
Pros:

El desayuno normal aunque no era un desayuno Universal bien dentro de la normalidad.
Muy atento el servicio y en recepcion.

Volveremos.
Pros:

Trato exquisito, todo el personal desde la recepción hasta el Director con una sonrisa y atención inmejorable. Llegamos antes de la hora prevista para dejar solo las maletas y ya nos dieron la habitación . Camas muy cómodas, zona tranquila para descansar y con estación de metro al lado. Desayuno muy bueno.

Absolutely fantastic stay
Pros:

Staff were so friendly! Miguel on reception especially was very helpful to us, we had a lot of plans for our stay and he helped us with public transport and knowledge about traffic etc.
Breakfast was great! Lots of options, my mum is a vegan and she ate very well.
Nice modern decor, kept well clean, beds were comfy, bathroom was nice, mini bar wasn’t expensive.

Das Frühstück verdient eine 10. Auf kleinem Raum gab es eine riesengroße Auswahl und es gab auch eine sehr gute Auswahl glutenfreier Produkte. Parken war für einen angenehmen Preis von 12 Euro pro Tag direkt auf dem Hof - und das in Madrid. Die Metrostation ist nur 200 m entfernt - optimal!
