Zaangażowanie bossa , personelu o komfort pobytu całej Rodziny w hotelu. Świetne i smaczne śniadania, codzienne sprzątanie pokoju. Świetna lokalizacja ( 100 metrów od hotelu metro).

Pros:

Excelente hotel con muy buenas instalaciones, desayuno buffet muy completo.
Destacó la amabilidad de todo el personal y especialmente su Director y Elena. Me llevo un muy grato recuerdo de mi estancia en este hotel.

Bom custo benefício. Funcionários simpáticos e solícitos. Em especial os que tivemos contato Helena, Roberto e a copeira.
Fizemos um passeio de bike elétrica (serviço disponível no hotel) foi uma experiência muito legal.

Dá para descansar uma noite.

Localização era a que esperávamos. O processo de check in, facil e bem acolhidos. Quarto espaçoso.

Cons:

A experiencia do pequeno almoço que deveria ser uma experiencia agradável, foi bastante desagradável! Infelizmente muito por causa da falta de comando e organização das funcionarias do local. A sala estava cheia e não havia coordenação nenhuma dos hospedes que estavam a espera. Espero que melhorem essa parte, que é uma coisa simples de resolver. Também achei a própria sala uma manta de retalhos no mobiliário apresentado.
A mobília do quarto também não nos agradou super antiquada.

Bellissima vacanza
Pros:

Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro. Metro e bus a due minuti a piedi. Stanza grande e pulitissima. Pulizie e cambio biancheria ogni giorno. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. A disposizione c'era un dispenser di acqua calda e fredda e una macchinetta per caffè e cappuccino. Inoltre lasciavano qualche dolcino per spuntini pomeridiani. Letto comodissimo e ho adorato i loro cuscini. Riscaldamento ok. Colazione ottima.
