Pros:

Very clean, love the architecture and beauty of this hotel. Bedding was comfortable and very quiet even with the street facing room. Secured parking was a plus.

Overall stay was good, but I may reconsider staying there again because of the beds and pillows.

The location of the facility was conveniently located around everything we wanted to see.

Cons:

The staff was pleasant, but the parking situation could use improvement. There were available parking spots in the upper garage, but we were routed to the lower level. The beds in the room were uncomfortable. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated, but the beds and pillows were not very comfortable.

Best hotel in the city
Pros:

The property was very well maintained. The staff was amazing and I love the gated garage. I must say the beds were so comfortable even the pillows were the perfect amount of fluff and comfort. I absolutely loved the decor inside the hotel. It had its own charm. We definitely took advantage and took some beautiful pictures.

Cons:

There’s absolutely nothing negative. I have to say about this property.

Cute place, area was decent and Mel’s kitchen was delicious taste of food, staff could be nicer
Pros:

I liked the space we were a family of 7. I loved the balcony window but the bathroom is right in front of the beds and there was no lock for privacy

Cons:

No locks on bathroom door and you can feel the cold come in from the outside
