There wasn’t a breakfast included. It was located across the street from the hospital that I needed treatment at so it was very convenient for me to access.
Renovated nicely
Paper thin walls, only one window opens, no pool, expensive compared to other nice properties.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and accessible. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again in a few months.

Price was a little steep. Couldn’t get the fan in the bathroom to work.
We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard San Francisco Van Ness. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming. What impressed us the most was the exceptional cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom—they were spotless. We truly appreciated our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

The room was clean
When we got there, we were told that the on site parking garage was full and directed to a public garage two blocks away. The neighborhood was very sketchy, with a lot of homeless people who were clearly on drugs. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was tiny.
