Pros:

Parked my car while went to my trip came back to an s scratched on my hood, park anywhere else if possible, voiced my concern to the front desk before we left that I thought I was gonna be parked on site but was told they drive my car to a different lot but at that point I was already committed.

Shuttle service is awful
Pros:

The hotel itself was not super clean, but the worse part of the experience was the shuttle service provided. We booked through ParkSleepFly and we instructed to reserve a time for the shuttle to the airport. We did so, and were specifically instructed not to be late as the shuttle leaves every hour on the hour. We reserved a shuttle for 7 am and the shuttle was a half hour late. We were rushed to make our departing flight. That wasn't even the worst part. We were required to let the front desk know when our return flight was landing and were given instructions to call the hotel and a shuttle would be dispatched to pick us up. We called immediately after collecting our bags and waited for an hour and a half for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport. After an 8 hour plane ride, that is the LAST thing we wanted. We were told the shuttle was at the airport and was returning to the hotel to collect more people....not sure when they couldn't pick us up when they were ALREADY AT THE AIRPORT. Then upon finally arriving, we were taken to a 2nd hotel to collect more individuals who were on their way to the airport. There were more people than seats available, and it appeared they were picked up late as well. They were not happy when the shuttle made a stop at our hotel to drop us off, and I explained that our plane landed TWO AND A HALF HOURS ago and we were just now arriving back at the hotel. The shuttle schedule is ridiculous and they ride itself was horrendous. The driver was speeding all over the place trying to get people where they needed to be. 1 shuttle for 2 hotels does NOT work as currently operating.

Pros:

We used the property for staying the night before our flight departure and extended parking during our trip and shuttle service to and from the Airport. We ended up staying another night on our return from our trip due to a delayed flight and the current weather conditions i.e. a blizzard.

Terrible Airport/shuttle pick up
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel for many years using their park sleep and fly. We noticed the hotel has gotten run down and could use some updating. The worst problem was with the shuttle pick up from the airport. We called and were told 30-35 minutes. After an hour the shuttle showed up but did not have room for my husband and I!! So I called AGAIN and was told the driver had done a pickup at another hotel filling up the van. So we were told another 30-35 minutes. Very frustrating!! This will most likely be our last time using this hotel.

Shuttle driver doesn't drive safe
Pros:

WORST SHUTTLE DRIVER EVER! We used this hotel for the reason they will keep the vehicle and shuttle you to and from the airport. To fly out of Minneapolis we asked them to take us at 2am. They booked the shuttle. The shuttle driver came 30 minutes late and we were the only ones he had to drop off. That I could have lived with BUT when we got back to Minneapolis we called our hotel and had the shuttle driver come and pick us up. When we got in the vehicle and he pulled away I started questioning if our driver knew how to drive safely. He would hit the brakes hard and take corners way too fast. He was texting on his phone, asked his GPS where our hotel was, and took calls. He was speeding down a road that was 35 mph by going 60-65 mph. Another time it was 60 and he was going 75 mph. Then he turned around to pick up another set of passengers. They got in and we headed to our hotel. My aunt and I braced ourselves this whole time while he was driving. We had to do that because of how bad he was driving. The driver kept driving the same way and also ran 2 red lights, while still doing all the things above. I am thankful there was not cars going through the green lights. We honestly did not know if we would make it to the hotel with out him crashing and killing us. Let’s add this is in MN and the roads have snow, slush and are slippery. This morning once the manager was in, I called the hotel. The person who answered had already heard about the complaint because the couple that was with us already complained. She wasn’t going to give me the manager. Finally I got her to do that. All the manager could say is what vehicle was this. I told him it said Country Inn and Suites from Plymouth. He would repeat that and say he will look into this. How can he not know who was the driver. We called his hotel and told them we were ready for our shuttle. They called and got us the shuttle. I am sorry they knew who he was. I do wish while we were in the vehicle that I would have called 911 like I was thinking. Yes it was that bad I wanted to call the police. But I was scared what the shuttle driver would have done. I will never stay at this hotel again or even the Country Inn out of Plymouth. I even tried calling them today to tell them about the shuttle driver and all the phone did was ring. I did try a few times to get someone to answer their phone. If you want to make it home alive DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL & SHUTTLE SERVICE. You might not make it.

On a side note, AmericInn can not even spell the towns name correctly. Invergrove Heights is how it’s on the business card. That’s not how it’s spelled. It’s Inver Grove Heights.

Run down and in disrepair! Rude personnel can’t even provide a basic receipt.
Pros:

Additional hold for the room was $100 on an already paid reservation. Desk clerk was extremely rude when asked for a receipt showing the hold amount as it was withdrawn from the bank account. Got to the room and there are holes in the closet door 1.5” big as well as holes and missing paint on the walls.

Good and Bad...
Pros:

I felt good about the staff. We had two different people, the first was very accommodating and gracious. The second was a little less, but still ok.

Cons:

We had some unfortunate issues with our room.

The toilet seat was broken.
The fireplace did not work.
The lights had to be plugged in
because the switch was broken.
There was no body wash in the shower.
The soap bar was a size of a 1tlb slice of butter.

So these are definitely some issues that they need to address.

The decor, color scheme, TV size, access to channels, room size and comfort of the bed, was great!!

The issues put a Damper on it...

Pros:

I reserved a room at this hotel with ParkSleepFly for one night prior to our cruise in order to leave my car at the hotel cause the hotel said this is the only way one can leave the car there with a shuttle to airport not knowing prior that they move the car to a different location. The hotel asked for the keys. Upon returning found out that whoever moved the car bps themselves to whatever they want. DO NOT USE

Not nearly up to par for this brand

We have stayed in a few of this brands Hotels and were pleased with each, this was, to say the least "rough"

We were booked for 2 night stay. Upon entering the room, my wife noticed a few lady bugs near the window and walls. After a few minutes we had flushed 15 ladybugs and still finding more. Went to front desk and they were able to switch rooms that was bug free. We also noticed in the first room, there were only sheets on the beds, no blankets. The second room had blankets. Beds were very comfortable though.

Bathrooms were stocked, but only 1 bath towels and 2 wash clothes were left for 2 adults for a two night stay. Went back to the front counter and told them we would need several more towels and a few more wash clothes. Gave us 2 towels, but told us we would need to come back the next morning for wash clothes. (Really?)

Smell of Pot throughout the hallways and elevator. Thank goodness it did not infiltrate the rooms.

After first night, no one came to the room to pick up linens or make beds, which I found odd.

Breakfast was acceptable. Waffle Maker, scrambled eggs, toast/begals/muffins. Sweet rolls, cereal and juices and yogert. Apples and bananas and fruit cups. First morning there were also some really good sausages, but the second morning they had chicken strips?

Ice maker was out of order.

Signs lead you to a vending room without a single vending machine.

This Hotel could be really nice with just a bit of care, but I can't recommend it in its current state.

Disappointed.
Pros:

Cleanliness. Close to restaurant, comfortable beds, quiet.

Cons:

First room had over a dozen lady bugs and dead bugs in window sill. Staff moved us to room with no bugs. Only one bath towel and 2 wash cloths for 2 adults for 2 nights stay. When we asked for more wash cloths we were told they didn't have any clean and we could get some in the morning. The morning was the day we were to check out. The hotel smelled of pot the entire stay. Smell was in lobby, hallways and near the elevator. Ice machine not working and sign leading to vending machines with no machines in room. Chicken strips for breakfast instead of sausage or bacon.
