The room was ant infested. The staff just gave me a can of ant spray and told me to spray them and then some extra towels to clean up the ant spray but no disinfectant spray to clean up the ant spray. The pool was not working. The staff said there was notice on their website about the pool and there was not. I showed the staff. Not worth staying at this hotel.

Probably the worst hotel in the strip

The Location

This might be the worst hotel on the strip at the moment, the rooms were DIRTY AND RUNDOWN. Every chair had stains on it (big stains). Wall had boogers on it. Ants and i was on the 5th floor we had to keep things in plastic bags and also spiders (daddy long legs). Linens were dingy yellowish white looking, like when your whites aren’t being cleaned properly. The property looks good from the outside but when you get inside, that’s when you find out also elevator stopped working during our stay. The rooms may resemble the picture, but the devil is in the detail. But location is great if I had to say one good thing about this hotel. Definitely not even close to worth the price they are charging.

When we got to the room there was men shaved hair in the bathroom sink someone did not clean the suite. Pure laziness.
There was NO SOAP, NO SHOWER SOAP. There was no paper towels, There were so many ants in the suit. There mold all over the windows sells. Also

Don't even think about this stinking place and I don't recommend booking.com since their negligent handling of my claim! I have already booked 5 hotels this week on other better sites. There are better options than booking.com, don't risk your holiday and your money!

Cons:

Broken door lock, air conditioner noisier than a tractor and not a cooling, everything is broken, dirty and MOLD!!! Floor with sticky stains, and more. I have videos and pictures. In short, a horrible place and I lost my money because of booking.com, so save your money and don't risk it and your vacation, book elsewhere. In the next two weeks I intend to flood the story online with all the pictures and videos.

Didn't meet expectations but was great price & was a place to stay on the boardwalk
Pros:

Parking is tight unless you drive a smart car or tesla. No daily room service but they were more than happy to give towels ect. Tile floors so sand was always an issue. Pull out couch was well used. Was not notified pool was out of order until too late to cancel reservation. Pool was a necessity of our trip.
