I picked a lower level room. Yes, that was an option. They put me on the 5th floor. Elevator not working, TV not working, internet not working. For an oceanfront room, I would've never expected this. Guess off season means they don't care to keep hotel maintained

If I weren't with my friends I would have had a lot of problems. The pictures did not match the room

I were across the street from five different places to eat.

Cons:

Pretty sure my sofa bed was broken. At one point the elevator was broken. The doors weren't level so they were dragging on the ground when you open them. And there was somebody else's hair in my "clean" towels.

Cons:

Run down property. Elevator was sketchy, pool was a foot low so not running thro the filters. The railing to our balcony was partially broken. If someone fell into the railing they would have fallen 7 stories.

Everything the place sux. Showed up to not having room for me to park my car, sheets were dirty on all the beds, pull out couch had trash in it, a/c leaked all over our stuff, bathroom was a joke, couldn't take a bath, no plug, toilet paper holder broke, not enough towels for 6 people. Also wouldn't give me a refund on any of money for the trouble. Said I could have late check out but cut our keys off at 11am

No breakfast key would not work. Air condition leaked badly onto patio very dirty had to get management to unlock door three times.

A waste of money

Elevator was broken upon arrival and we were in the 6th floor. Bed sheets were wrinkle and not freshly made. Bathroom was not clean and shower dripped all night. Balcony was the worse part. Full if water and mildew rhat we had to put towels down just to be outside bc they were missing a 3 dollars hose from Lowe's to attach to the air conditioner unit so the water can run off the balcony instead of settling there. Watch your step bc there is a step up in the floors going to the rooms but there is no sign warning you of the change in floor level so you can fall. Pool was completely full of bugs and debris so we got the net and cleaned it ourselves so people could use it bc they were coming to the pool and walking away prior. It was that dirty. Towels on the floor. Old piece of wood holding the towels that are supposed to be clean. This use to be a nice hotel 20 plus years ago when it was the dolphin in. I would not recommend anyone stay here ever. A waste of money and its not cheap. Breakfast not included.

Will continue staying here in the future because it is very nice, relaxing and the staff is awsome!

Love this hotel! Been staying here for a long time and it’s even better since the remodel. Also love that the pool is open once again.
