Pros:

Ambiance sympa et cool.
Petite aire de jeu pour les enfants à l'intérieur, bar et machines avec boissons et collations.

Cons:

Lits un peu ferme à mon goût.
Les transports en commun sont à quelques minutes de marche mais ensuite une vingtaine ou trentaine de minutes vers le centre.

Der var ikke rent. Der lagde et støvlag på natbordene samt på diverse overflader. Badeværelset var overhoved ikke rent.

The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. A special thanks to Junaid, the trainer at the property, who is incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. His friendly attitude made my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

THEY OFFERED US A ROOM THAT ALREADY USED. THEY SAID THEY GONNA DO A REFUND BUT THEY DIDN'T!

nothing because we couldnt get to stay at our room that we already paid for. Some of the other guests came into our room and vandalized the room, used the towels, slept in our bed.

When we entered the room, there were used towels on the bathroom floor, the bed had already been slept in, and there were empty beverage cans left in the room.

We immediately reported the situation to your colleague. He explained that there was no housekeeping staff available at the hotel that evening and that there were no other rooms available. As a result, he was unable to offer us an alternative room, and apparently I cannot make my mom sleep in a bed that had already been slept in!?!

He informed me that a refund would be arranged for this booking. BUT THEY DIDN'T AFTER 3 WEEKS. EVEN THOUGH I REACHED OUT TO THEM. ALSO BOOKING DIDNT HELP ME.

As we had nowhere suitable to stay, we had no choice but to book another hotel that same night. This cost us almost €180, in addition to approximately €20 for an Uber to get there at 00:00 in the middle of the night. Needless to say, the situation caused us considerable inconvenience and unexpected expenses.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich

Cons:

Lautstärke, Abendessen war für 15 Euro zu teuer.
Ein all You Can eat buffet mit kalte Nudeln mit Tomatensoße oder Bolognese
Mit einen Pana Cotta Jogurt und Soße
Und etwas Salat ist keine 15,00 Euro pro Person wert. Frühstück war ausreichend allerdings auch dieses ist ausbaufähig
