Muy bien a pesar de malas reviews
Pros:

Decidí reservar a pesar de los malos comentarios y tuve una grata sorpresa. El lugar es muy cómodo y grande. El departamento estaba muy limpio. La vista es hermosa (adjunto fotos desde el balcón). Hay que ir a buscar la llave a dos cuadras, pero me avisaron con anticipación. No sentí ruidos molestos en ningún momento y la cama es muy cómoda. Nosotros si tuvimos agua caliente, a diferencia de otras reviews. El precio y la ubicación son excelentes. Es un muy buen lugar para viajeros no exigentes. Si estás en los detalles, no te va a gustar.

Cons:

La zona común es un poco fea (pasillos y escalera), faltaban cosas básicas como jabón para las manos y una toalla extra para lo mismo. El baño es muy modesto pero cumplía. El secador de pelo está en muy mal estado.

For the price and the location, the apartment was worth it, and I would recommend it.
Pros:

The location was unbelievable. It right in Old Juan, right by the water, and close to the fort. I can check out the sights and restaurants all within walking distance. The room was big enough for myself, my husband, and our two teens (who had bunk beds in a separate area). The kitchen area was nice.

Cons:

Our apartment was on the main floor, which meant our window opened up right to the sidewalk. The sidewalk to the window was extremely close, where there was no privacy, especially as the window faced our bed. That meant the window as closed the whole time with no natural light coming in. It was also noisy being that close tot he street and sidewalk.
We also had to go to a different location to get the key for our room.

Centrally located in Old Town. Great for exploring.

Windows make it easy to hear every single noise outside and we had very loud neighbors who talked very loudly in all public spaces.

The beds were horrible and were were supposed to have a view of the ocean we didn’t it was only for 2 nights before cruise definitely couldn’t stay there for a week

Cons:

We had to check in down the street. It was terrible because it was late in the evening and hard to pay the taxi driver an extra $10 to wait for us to check in. There is no toaster or kettle. Our room had cockroaches on the kitchen counters. It needs a lot of repairs and updates. No place to open our suitcases. We were supposed to get Cleaning on the third evening and we did not. I did not like how the front gate locked and you needed to keep to get out. How about if there was a fire? My husband was leaving the building and as he was letting people in, his foot went into an oval hole and he fell and hurt his ankle and scraped his knee and leg. The cover was missing on the hole. The other three holes had covers on them. We had no Proper windows so we could look out so it was very dark in there. The only thing positive was the balcony and the comfortable bed.
