Great location
Big Comfortable bed

Small narrow bathroom
The location is perfect really close to sea. Safe area
The doors aren’t good condition ,the stove is really old.
The apartment was clean, the beds were comfy, the air conditioning was crisp, the location is to die for, and anyone complaining about the walk from the check-in to the actual apartment is kind of a weenie. It was *maybe* a 5 minute walk with luggage, faster without. We woke up to the sound of the ocean every day, and everything in Old San Juan was walkable. I had a great time!
The only issue we ran into was that the water was shut off at random for 2 nights of our 4 night stay. The water and power company has a monopoly in San Juan, so there’s nothing the hotel staff could do about it, though they were very apologetic and let us shower on the roof with the pool deck (lol) and they comped us a breakfast.
Close to everything, right across the street from the ocean and fort. Beautiful view from the front door
Whoever lived in the apartment clearly had a cat (or many) for a very long time. The apartment was clean, but there was as a persistent cat odor, especially near the back that was impossible to ignore. I stayed in another apartment here before and didn’t have this issue. Also - other guests kept leaving the front gate open, all day, all night. That was frustrating. You have to fully lock it behind you or anyone from the street can come in. Some signage should probably be put up

L emplacement
Le stationnement avec une voiture de location difficile ! Parking privé et payant trop loin avec les bagages.
Salle de bain… à rénover
The view was stunning and the bed was big and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.
No soap in the room, so we couldn’t shower properly. No hot water.
You cannot beat the location, it is fabulous The staff was nice.
Pillows were flat, very worn. Things weren't very clean and you cannot open the front windows. There is a large gap to the outdoors under the back door. We had no hot water the entire time. No answer to my call on WhatsApp, so I walked to the hotel for assistance. Staff was sent, but they were unable to fix. They did offer to move us to the hotel, but we declined as we only had 2 days left on our vacation. We never had maid service and I had to go to the hotel to get more towels. There are no things like paper towels or kitchen linens.
The beds were good and we were close to shopping and restaurants. View was great.
When we arrived at the site of our “hotel”, the “door” was locked. At that time, 8:00 PM I realized I had received an email that morning at 12:10 AM. With the help of neighbors we were able to find the “sister property” and get in to our room several blocks away. Without those neighbors we would have been out on the street and would have had to look for another room. At 78 and 81 we were starting to panic. The clerk at the other property walked us to the site and the neighbor then went to retrieve my travel companion that was waiting with the other neighbor at the original site (address). Once Inside, the clerk helped us with our luggage. The rooms were large. If we had wanted to cook anything we wouldn’t have been able to. All kitchen items were sorely lacking. The bathroom was lacking any kind of comfort or convenience. No where to hang a towel or a robe or to place clothing for after the shower. I had to rest my soap on the shower step!! More surfaces to rest items was definitely needed.
Location excellent
